where did you add ip address at end when it's failed at store proc level in above video sir

Sone time manually we have to add the ip address in azure portal for accessing the database. Watch all my videos i have explained in some of videos how can we add ip in portal in database.
Why getting this error:-
Accessing database is secure and it allows only for those ip address which is in azure portal in database.
