Careful about the roof honeycomb - the parts that are over the shooting floor are bypassable, especially since raiders can see through windows. The raiders can also see armoured floor and assume TC is there, so could cost 23 rockets all the way to TC even with whole thing upgraded to sheet and core to armour. I like it though!

btw if you just click your toggle light key bind it will do the no clip thing without going into the settings
