No broker has a subscription (2-3k) + no sure u will get them some of owner even not updating status of flats even after they are soldout.. + no of link use can make call also limited

Yes. When I used it, I got it for free, and was able to get my current flat through No Broker, but now, surely things have changed

for rented falt in blore are mostly where owner lock the gate by 10pm n no freedom of coming back to you lt flat late nite

This is PG system that you are talking about, not flat. In Flat, you have full freedom. Also, in PGs, there are Zolo, Stanza Living, Alta Vista Apartments, where you can enter or leave at any point of time.

@@engineeredlearnings sir, i am taking abt flat only not pg. flat owner don't give duplicate key for main gate and also lock it by 10 - 11pm. I am staying in blore more than 8 yrs now and i tried many times searching for flat with time freedom but no luck. But yes there are luxury apartments where no issue with gate lock.
but in normal flat building where owner stay in the same building, they lock the main gate by 10- 11pm
