- In new video, army jawan complains about harassment by seniors. Jawans of CISF, SSB and BSF uploaded videos on their Facebook profiles complaining that jawans are being forced to do seniors' personal works like ironing clothes, policing shoes, cooking food, and serving kids and wives of seniors.

आप भी यहीं से तो वहां तक पहुंचे हैं... जब सारे officers एक हो गये तो आप भी उन्हीं का साथ दोगे... मैने ये देखा है tv डिवेट में.... मैं यहाँ भारतीय सेना.. Indian army की बात कर रहा हूँ सिर्फ... चाहे bsf हो, itbp हो, ssb हो, crpf हो, सब जगह सैनिकों का शोषण होता है, शारीरिक तौर पर भी और मानसिक तौर पर भी... ये कैसे होता है.. मैं आपको बताता हूँ....
(1). अगर सैनिक के घर पर सैनिक के मां बाप बिमार होते हैं, और उस दौरान घर पर उस सैनिक की जरूरत घरवालों को सेना से ज्यादा होती है तो छुट्टी के लिए जब सैनिक आफिसर के सामने ( interview) में जाता है तो सवाल जवाब कुछ यूं होते हैं..
आफिसर :- क्या प्रोब्लम है?
जवान :- सर मेरी माँ बिमार है, मुझे छुट्टी चाहिए।
आफिसर :- आपको किसने बताया कि मां बिमार है?
जवान :- सर पापा का फोन आया था।
आफिसर :- तेरा बाप डाक्टर है क्या?
(सोचिये जरा आप भी....)
(2).आफिसर :- ठीक है, तू छुट्टी जा अगर सच में तेरी मां बिमार है तो तू छुट्टी से आने के बाद डाक्टर द्वारा जांच की पर्ची, दवाईयों के बिल, और क्या इलाज करवाया, सब लेते आना। हमें सपूत चाहिए कि तू सच बोल रहा है या झूठ।
(क्या ये सही है?.. आप ही कहिये)
(3). अगर हमारे मां बाप बिमार होते हैं तो इन से छुट्टी मांगने पर ये कहते हैं कि घर पर तेरे अलावा कोई भाई बहन नहीं है जो देख रेख कर सके। लेकिन अगर इनके मां बाप बिमार होते हैं तो हम में से किसी सिपाही को वहाँ भेज देते हैं उनकी टटी साफ करने के लिए। क्या ये सही है?
(4). हम अगर सेना के अंदर family member बनते हैं तो हमारी wife को ये और इनकी wife.. family welfare के नाम पर नचवाने के लिए मजबूर कर देते हैं, नहीं नाचती है तो हम सैनिकों को परेशान करते रहते हैं। फिर कहते हैं कि हम आपकी wife को सोशल बना रहे हैं। मेरी wife ने कई बार इसकी शिकायत की मुझ से लेकिन मैं चुप रहा। मैं कहता हूँ कि जब मुझे नहीं जरूरत की मेरी वाइफ नाचे तो तुम कौन होते हो नचाने और सोशल बनाने वाले । (क्या ये सही है...आप ही कहो)
(5). अगर एक आफिसर को गोली लगती है आपरेशन के दौरान तो वहां तुरंत हेलीकॉप्टर पहुंच जाता है, लेकिन अगर एक सिपाही को गोली लगती है तो 2.5 ton के पीछे डाल देते हैं, जिस कारण नजदीकी मेडिकल सेंटर तक पहुंचते पहुंचते उसकी मौत हो जाती है।
(6). किसी यूनिट का अगर कोई जवान जैसे आज किसी आपरेशन में मर जाता है तो पूरे जवान उस दिन खाना नहीं खा पाते लेकिन अगर आफिसर मैस में पहले से उस दिन पार्टी का आयोजन होना होता है तो वो होता ही है। कहते हैं हमारे लिए जवान मरा, कुत्ता मरा, बात बराबर है। ऐसी सोच के लिए आप क्या कहेंगे???
(7). यहाँ तक कि अगर एक आफिसर और एक जवान को एक जैसा बुखार या बिमारी हो तो MH में दवाईयों में भी फर्क होता है। आफिसर को दो दिन में ठीक कर वापस भेज देते हैं जबकि जवान को 10 दिन तक MH में पडाये रखते हैं, experiment करते रहते हैं।
(8). अगर किसी आफिसर की family members में किसी को खुन कि जरूरत होती है तो ये जवानों का blood group मैच कर उसको by force खुन देने के लिए भिजवाते हैं, चाहे उस जवान की इच्छा हो या ना हो। और डाक्टर खुन को खुन, जवानों का प्लाज्मा तक निकाल देते हैं।
(9). RR hospital Delhi.. जहाँ एक सैनिक को तब मेडिकल ग्राउंड में रिफर किया जाता है जब उसकी बिमारी नयी या unknown हो। लेकिन वहाँ जा कर बेचारे सैनिक का इलाज कम, नये नये टेस्ट किये जाते हैं, नयें नौसिखिया डाक्टरों को प्रेक्टीकल के रूप में जवानों की body object के रूप में दि जाती है, क्योंकि अगर मर भी गया तो उसके घर वालों को 20-25 लाख पकड़ा कर चुप करवा देंगे... मैं तो कहता हूँ कि अगर कोई सैनिक मिलिट्री डाक्टर के इलाज के दौरान मरता है तो उस सैनिक का पोस्ट मार्टम फिर से उस सैनिक के घर वालों को करना चाहिए, ताकि ये पता चल सके कि कहीं सैनिक के शरीर के साथ फालतू छेड़छाड़ तो नहीं हुई जिस कारण उसकी मौत हुई हो।
(10). सेना में 60 दिन सालाना अवकाश और 30 दिन अकाससमिक अवकाश का प्रबंध है लेकिन एक युनिट के अंदर सैनिकों की कम मौजूदगी के कारण ये अवकाश मात्र 60 दिन ही मिल पाता है क्योंकि युनिट के आधे सैनिक तो सेवा पर तैनात आफिसर और सेवानिवृत आफिसर के सहायक (नौकर), कुत्ते घुमाने, इनके मां बाप की सेवा करने, बीवी के अंडरगारमेट धोने पर लगे होते हैं, अगर सिपाही ये सब करने से मना करे तो उसके लिए शाररिक,मानसिक और फाइनेंशल दंड तुरंत लगवा देते हैं, साथ में और भी कई आर्मी एक्ट। सिपाही बेचारा गरीब घर का, बुड्ढे मां बाप, बीवी बच्चों का बोझ लिए चुपचाप सहता आ रहा है ये सब, क्योंकि उसके पास सिर्फ यही नौकरी है। लेकिन आज जब तेज बाहदूर यादव ने मंगल पांडे बनने का फैसला ले ही लिया है तो हम भी क्यों सच्चाई को दबाते रहें। देश को और साथ साथ हमारे घरवालों को भी पता चले कि हम पर क्या बीत रही है।।। ..
(11). जब एक आफिसर और एक जवान दोनों ही मिलिट्री में सेवा दे रहे हैं तो आफिसर की मिलिट्री सर्विस पे 6400 और जवान की 2000 क्यों?.. हैं तो दोनों सैनिक ही.. ये भेदभाव क्यों??
(12). सेना एक पिरामिड की तरह है, जिसमें सैनिक नीव की ईंट है और जरनल सवोर्च्च भाग... अगर सैनिक (नीव) में प्रोब्लम आने लगेगी तो पूरी बिल्डिंग गिरने पर मजबूर हो जायेगी, और हम सिपाही नहीं चाहते थे कि ऐसा हो, जिस कारण हम चुप बैठे थे लेकिन अब सह पाना मुश्किल सा लगता है।
(13). LOC. पर एक कंमाडिंग आफिसर अपने ACR (ANNUAL CONFIDENTIAL REPORT) में अपने अच्छे point के लिए 4 आतंकियों के बदले अपने एक जवान को मरवा देता है लेकिन बेचारे के घरवालों को लगता है उनका बेटा शहीद हुआ है।
(14). हम सैनिकों को उतना डर आतंकियों से नहीं लगता जितना कि आफिसर का खौफ होता है, न जाने कौन सी बात पर कौन सा एक्ट लगा दें।
(15). अंत मे मै यही कहना चाहता हूं कि सेना के system में बदलाव होना चाहिए, क्योंकि ना हम इन आफिसरस के लिए नौकरी कर रहे हैं, ना ये हमारे लिए नौकरी कर रहे हैं, हम सब को मिलकर इस देश के लिए नौकरी करनी चाहिए लेकिन ये तब ही संभव होगा जब सेना से ये भेदभाव मिटेगा, आफिसर साही, तानाशाही मिटेगी... सरकार से दरख्वास्त है कि कृपा कर के वोट बैंक से उपर आ कर सोचें.. देश के जवानों के बारे में सोचें..
(16). हम जवान अगर किसी कारण वस छुट्टी से 1-2 घंटा लेट हो जाते हैं तो हमारे लिए बिना सोचे समझे क्वाटर गार्ड तैयार मिलता है। जबकी एक जवान सिमित समय में छुट्टी खतमहोने पर लगभग 1200-1300 किमी ट्रेन से यात्रा करता है, और कभी कभी ट्रेन लेट हो जाती है, फिर कहते हैं यहाँ मुहर लगवाते, वहाँ मुहर लगवाते। 😏
बहुत सी और भी खतरनाक और खौफ नाक कमियां हैं सैना में..... विस्तार करने पर पूरा दिन लग जायेगा, मैं मिडीया चैनल, न्यूज चैनल से दरख्वास्त करता हूं कि बात विवाद के लिए न्यूज बाक्स में सैना के आफिसर्स को नहीं बल्कि एक सिपाही को बैठा कर पूछें लेकिन याद रहे उस सिपाही को पहले से ही इनके द्वारा हरासमेटं ना कर दिया गया हो कि अगर तुने कुछ और कहा तो देख लेना।

I have checked from some soldiers in our area. your complaints are very right. But alas these officers rather than repenting and mending their ways are threatening the poor soldiers.

I was also compelled to leave army service prematurely. This type of harassment is very common practice in army.

Respected Citizens of India & Veterans of Armed Forces of the union of India .Though we don't have the Sahahak system in Indian Navy but Mental Harassment was upto the extreme. I am a veteran from the Indian Navy let me tell you a small incident Dear Brother & Sisters 04th May 1994 I was posted in NDA Khadakwasla Pune & I was on Duty when I received a call from my Home that I lost my father my Duty Petty Officer was kind enough to relive me & asked me to approach Divisional Officer A Sardar Lieutenant S.D. officer who was just posted in from INS Tir. when I went to his Bungalow since it was holiday I stated the fact but that Officer straight way replied STD PHONE AYA KOI TELEGRAM HAI KYA. U will be surprised to know that I was sent on.leave after 3 days my father's funeral was over. Friends There are few officers in Services they forget that we are also human beings. Officer like U faced in my incident was hell. I don't understand with such a low mentality How they could command Soldier sailors or Airmen. Actually few things depends in their upbringing & KHANDAN. COZ I served with Vice Admiral Madanjit singh then he was Captain on Board INS Ganga , Admiral RS Dhawan who was then Lieutenant Commander on Same ship They were real Gentlemen I had ever seen & I salute them . But that Lieutenant Sardar forgotten his Name 1994 who was D.O in NTT is a Shame to spoil the Name of Officers Harrasing Sailors Specially me. Same to such Officers those who can't see the welfare of Sailors in this situations. If this Officer is alive go through my note I am U.K. ROY.Ex .PO. & if you have already left like my Father were u didn't allow me to reach for the last rites You Better RIP.
