These sorts of racers won't give you the satisfaction that racing in games like that do, with proper handling and physics making every succesful lap feel like a barely grasped victory in itself. Jumping off a cliff with a car and surviving it can be exciting for a bit, but it doesn't have the longevity that consistent intensity from properly handling a car you tuned yourself on a track does.
