This was the proposal to the emperor... IF he could first convert Guru Sahib. Of course, Guru ji would never convert and therefor neither would the Sikhs. I don't agree this is misleading about history, this IS the story as best we know. However, if there is documentation that proves the story we have heard is not accurate we will be most happy to assess that research!
The Hindus allowed all this to happen because they couldn’t fight back or defend themselves. If the Hindus were fighting like the Sikhs were, the Gurus could’ve lived longer. This all happened because of the Hindus’ incompetence.
