Hi Rosie, I dont have kids, but I raised a nephew and while he was no trouble I have a decent understanding of stuff so this is my pep talk 2 u: First, things being uncertain is going to mess with you and make you feel low and at a loss, but have the confidence that you can cope and dress up and stun when needed, and as you insta shows, you've been looking great lately. Your daughter is at a vulnerable age, and of course she come to you when she absolutely needs to, but she will have all kinds of feelings and mixed up stuff she wont know whats best, she will just like you say want to follow the peers. Kids at that age have all the choices in the world thrown at them and how to navigate is a mine field. I would try to get her to focus on her happy interests and freetime activities and try to enjoy summer break. maybe if you tell her you can use a help with some stuff there are things you can do together, make cupcakes, revamp a room, or plan some family days where she can help organise and research the trip. great haul otherwise, king Satumas .. who knew, but glad you got fresh fruit for breakfast

You really dont get q handbook when it comes to parenting mine are between 24 and 17 and i thought being a young mum with babies was hard noone prewarns you for older ages its a whole new level srnding u love and great haul xx

I use to be a Aldi shopper not anymore! I’ve found M&S and Tesco are cheaper and sell by dates are better! X
I kind of bounce between Aldi, Tesco and I love trying out other supermarkets especially if I’ve not been there in years but I like different shops for different things 💕xxxx

Hi Rosie a tip for snacking with the children try a basket or something you may have in and put a set amount into them for each child and when its gone its gone, it gives you a bit of control and they learn to not over indulge on snacks im no means telling you how to feed your kids just a tip to make food go further xx i dont have kids buts i have helped raise m brother and sister

As long as you have bread for toast and toppings plenty for kids for snacks in the daytime for snacking. Also children are not really hungry it’s just boredom. They eat the same in holidays as they would at school! X

Aldi is great value for lunch and snacks I just wish they did a click and collect in my town. We got a code for Taylor and my daughter said if we join the que and we’re under 10,000 than we might get a ticket. So 11am came and we joined the que and we was number 2 well I nearly passed out lol it’s a shame so many people couldn’t get tickets hopefully she will add more dates x

Do your kids not ask permission to take food or biscuits etc? I know parenting is different today but my kids were never
allowed to take anything apart from water or orange squash because I had to know what they were eating throughout the
day and I had to make my money stretch so I had to limit treats that they didn’t need daily and they had a piece of
fruit which was better for them, this is only my own opinion but your money may go further if you tried this, just an idea,great

Hi lovely , they do ask but not all the time and my older ones definitely don’t ask lol,i always say once it’s gone it’s gone, to be honest I grew up in a house where there wasn’t a lot to eat which had effects on me as a child so now I probably over compensate because of that,and I’m probably a lot softer too 💕hope you’re well, sending hugs xxxx

I wish food lasted in this house. I fill the fridge and within a few days it’s all gone again. I’ve got two kids with adhd who love to sneak down at night and binge eat.
I’ve also noticed Aldi and Lidl have increased prices again 🙈
Lol my Jayden does that, we have to constantly remind him to get supper when the others do but he doesn’t sleep to well so he still sneaks down when he thinks there’s no one there lol xxxx
@@rosiesimpson__ Mine are on medication and a side effect can be that their not hungry during the day so feast later on when the medications wore off. They don’t sleep either so their sneaking down constantly.
Im all for kids eating but there’s eating and then there’s being greedy. My lad will go down and won’t just take say one yoghurt he will take the whole 6 pack and eat them one after the other. Then he hides the evidence. I spent £200 almost the other day and I already need to go out again for snacks and lunch stuff

Aldi say that if they introduce a loyalty system or equivalent then they will have to put the prices up, I’m not sure about vouchers though. Great haul. I recognise a few things in your shopping that I buy, those chicken mini fillets though I get the southern fried ones, I have the, with mayflower curry sauce ( not Aldi ) they are about a pound cheaper in Aldi than other supermarkets as well x
@@beccamason3712 I had them last night and really enjoyed them just in a roll with some lettuce and mayonnaise, I’ll try the southern style ones next time I’m in Aldi which at the rate my lovely kids are eating will be in around 5 minutes 🤣🤣hope you’re well xxxx
Hi Rosie I feel for you over your daughter .all I know is I brought my children up on my own I was soft on them easy going mum they now tell me should of had rules dissaplin .but it's so hard either way but if you have true concerns I would defo steer her clear of that particular situation get her on course with dome thing she loves likes even .and meets newdpeople and a different direction in life .easier said than done thou thst much I know good luck x
