Im thinking about trying the power pole thing, do you really need two of them? Can you make it by ok with just one? Im only fishing small lakes but it does get windy in my state.
@@mp5kfisher241 going through the same process myself. The issue with only using one is you can still spin “around” the pole if you’re only using one with enough wind or current. But if you place yourself at the right angle with regard to the flow around you, you can stay in one place with one pole, unless there’s a shift in the wind.

Wow gotta say there company is the best of all customer service experience I've ever seen!!! Have 2 10ft blades on my boat , had a pump fail on me I pulled it out to see if they would take a look at it and they brought me out a new 1 said have a nice day thanks for being a customer. My girl and I drove home my buddy and I put it back in and I fished a tournament the next day.
They definitely have the best customer experience ever
Odd charge me 70 bucks when the circuit board went out on a boat that is used 5 times a year.

Wow good idea. I had the same idea I said when I get my first boat I'm going to build some things on my own and power pole was one I was going to take a electric garage door openers take the motor out of it build a frame and allow it to lower and raise a power pole. PVC pipe will be my pole

Spot lock, without any hesitation. Gonna throw a Power Pole Sportsman on my aluminum Lowe 1772 soon, maybe BLat can score me a deal?! 😉 A second one will go on in the future but the Ultrex is definitely the KING of modifications. It changed my boat in a huge way!
