    The visual at the beginning with your shirt & hat matching the surroundings was so nice-very peaceful. You and Janet just convey an easy, peaceful way.

    True…we’re all brothers in arms. Air Force had its roots in Army. But I would agree Air Force and Navy have better amenities.

    Hi you two. Very nice and pretty scenery your video is displaying. It's also very motivating watching you two putting in those 10,000 daily steps that is helping to reduce the risk of so many health problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, anxiety and depression.
    Thanks, for this very motivating video. I am going to get out later today to try to reach my 10,000 daily steps goal.
    Be blessed and enjoy.

    For great Shrimp Tacos (or any tacos) try the Sandbar in Cocoa Beach. It can get crowded on Taco Tursday, but it's worth the wait. Decent traditional Mexican Baritos at Salsas Mexican in Cocoa Beach. Great Scooped Ice Cream (unique flavors made there) try the Fat Donkey in downtown Cocoa Beach. Best Broiled shrimp, Florida Seafood on 520 in Cocoa Beach, get the Sweet Whites and you will thank me later. Enjoy!

    Came to the base in 1977. No gates then if you can believe it. Still here in 2021. So many options from this point in Florida so you will not be bored.

    I enjoy Patrick AFB but haven't been in awhile. Yes it's a fairly small Base. Do you know if they still offer boating classes to get licensed?

    Cee Los I have a question. If you are a veteran what do you have to present to have access to the base? I haven't been on on in forever. Thanks for sharing your experience with the family. Peace and love

    • @PayYourSelfBackMRYORK
      @PayYourSelfBackMRYORK  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      C J Johnson, nothing has changed. You need your vehicle registration, driver license, proof of insurance, and veteran ID. Check out the video prior to this one.

    Base housing is good……..NOW! Should have seen it in the 1970’s. Base housing then was literally WW2, and very run down looking. PAFB started life as Banana River Naval Air Station in the late 1930’s or early 1940’s. My father was involved in base construction in 1940. I was involved in base construction in the 1970’s. Location, however, is ideal! Fun fact: If anyone remembers the disappearance of the five TBM torpedo bombers that disappeared into “the Bermuda Triangle” during WW2 on a training flight? Several search planes launched out of BRNAS, one of which also failed to return, unexplained. However, the Martin Mariners were known to leak gas, and a fisherman reported seeing an explosion in the sky!

      @PayYourSelfBackMRYORK  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yeah I know all about WW2 barracks and base housing, I was stationed at Fort Ord in the early ninety's and believe it or not some of those same conditions from then still existed.
