One more information: Specific COX2 inhibitors (Coxibs) are avoided in recent MI (Myocardial Infraction) due to its thrombotic properties. Since the medicament inhibits PG synthesis thus reduce vasodilation, and it also spares the function of thromboxane A2 thus raise platelets aggregation, the overall result would be causing a high risk of thrombosis. :D

Nihal Sachdev like seriously he is going straight to heaven. My teacher explained this to me yesterday and it felt like I was doing calculus 😄 but after watching this video, it’s safe to say I have an idea 💡 of the topic and just need to read a little more. 🤍🤍

If he accepts Jesus and turns from sin that is very likely. That said our good works are like filthy rags to God.

I'm a nurse at an orthopedic surgery center and your video helped me a lot in remembering the way most painkillers work, such an amazing and simple way of explaining such a complex subject. Thank you for this quick lesson! (Paracetamol in Portugal is commonly called "Benuron")

      In Pakistan it's called panadol
      But here in India
It's common brand name is Dolo
Or sometimes In short we says PCM

@@elliotrazor6696 No, Paracetamol also is a generic name used in most of the world

@@mevideym you're correct! Both paracetamol and acetaminophen are shorthand for N-Acetyl para-Acetaminophenol. The reason for 2 names is because of the different naming system rules in the U.S.

Thanks a lot armando ! I’ve been watching a lot of youtube channels for last two years. But trust me , you are the best. You literally expalin it very simply and i remember these for a long time, but i dont understand why you get low video views. We all know you put a lot of time in your videos , you deserve atleast a 2 mil. Subscribers by 2020.

Holy Hell - i know a bit about biochemistry, but this was mind blowing. i had to look up some of the terms. i knew body chemistry was complicated, but this was mind boggling. i understood a lot of it, but was learning most of it, so i’m going to have to listen again and take freaking notes.
thank you so very much though. this was fascinating and i needed the visuals to understand at all. what i want to know is - how in the hell did they ever find out about this extremely complicated system!? Geniuses!!!!
i just found out about histamines and why fanitidine works for GERD. now i have to find out how Prilosec works and if i should just take fanitidine.
and why does butalbital/ acetaminophen/caffeine work, when acetaminophen/caffeine does nothing for my headaches at all???
so thanks so much - your videos are fantastic. i have to concentrate as much as i do when i listen to prof. Sapolsky at Stanford. i love learning like this!! inane smile :) LOL have a great day 🌷🌿🌼🌱🌷
