When you make the seals you can also melt and press on parchment then press a hole in the top with a pencil lead, peel them off when dry and thread onto ribbon.

Your gifts are so pretty!!!!!! Ever since the kids were little like little I wait to wrap until Christmas Eve night so that when they come down stairs they see all the gifts under the tree and their reactions were amazing. Every year I grumble and curse at myself for waiting to do it all at once vowing to never do that again…and then the kids reaction even now as teenagers make me forget…it’s a vicious cycle!!!! Love this video!!

I use beet juice or beer powder from health food store...for red velvet cake mix recipes... Happy Holiday's and Thanks again for sharing your experiences.
I use hot glue for almost all of gift wrap instead of using tape. I started using it for the bows and other items on the package. It worked so well that when the tape failed on some of the gifts, I started using it on the paper too.

Hi Valentina, I'm here in Orlando lounging in my hotel room. I love your video. I wanted to share with you, I save all my handmade cards ♥ that anyone gives me. I have a small "Valentina" approved decorative box . Actually I have 2! One for 🎄 the other for birthdays 🎂, with approximately 50 cards or so. It so sweet to look thru them every so often. During Christmas on occasions I have brought out the cards and placed them on a garland. I really want people to know how special something handmade is. Hopefully this inspires Many folks to make a sweet card or hang tag.

I just wanted to recommend that you purchase several antique silver sugar cube tongs for your char board so people are not picking up food with their hands. Sugar tongs are small enough to use for those types of foods and the antique ones are beautiful.

Should you want to further your adventure in sealing wax : think about getting a wax burner that uses denatured alcohol. The wickless wax sticks are far easier and gives better results.

Beautiful wrapping. You should have been round mine for the wax seals. I made Christmas cards using that medium, I would suggest the stick versions you can use in a glue gun, so much quicker. I make them on a silicone mat then add a little wax to the item I'm placing it on and pop the seal on top! You can get a crafters double sided tape that comes with a red backing, here in the uk and that works a treat with all papers. I had to travel several hundred miles to see family for an early Christmas and managed to get a wonderful birch tree wall paper on offer and used that with the tape, the recipients still struggled to open the gifts. Oh yes, one last thing, please can o come and spend Christmas with you guys, not just for the amazing backdrop but for the wonderful company x

I have wax sealed chip bags! Lunch bags and envelopes for bill paying. Yes, WWOTT. PS. Wet that wax seal (with water) and press it into the folded point edge of your toilet paper rolls. Way WAY WAY over the top. But your holiday guests will be talking about you all year!

I have wax sealed chip bags! Lunch bags and envelopes for bill paying. Yes, WWOTT. PS. Wet that wax seal (with water) and press it into the folded point edge of your toilet paper rolls. Way WAY WAY over the top. But your holiday guests will be talking about you all year!
