I can’t stop smiling this scene was the best... i saw their BTS han shou need to bite her ear many time because zhao lusi always laughing/smile and not scream because she feel tingle lol. It maybe hard to scream, when han shou are bite her ear but finally she made it. Both did a great job xD i love you so much the best drama ever.

This is the minister finally being taught to respect a man who has a wife, and leave his wife well alone. He has been misbehaving for a long time now...totally doing the wrong things.
Han Shuo had been swallowing a lot of insult from him just because he was in their country.
If it was Pei Heng's wife that Han Shuo was running after so actively and disrespecting him, I don't think he will take it.

I literally thinking about that throughout this scene. Here Han Shuo actually at least respect and love Qingquing before being betrayed by her. Even though he did all this despite thinking she betrayed him and out of his love for her but the good thing is he realized his fault and stopped before it was too late. I love Goodbye my princess but I seriously hated Cheng Yin at this point when he just got obsessed with Xu Feng and literally tried to force her at many points, including killing her lover right in front of her eyes.
Ding Yuxi and Zhao Lusi is like perfect match in heaven in this drama. Their chemistry on and off the camera is the best. Their acting together is very convincing. I watched these two other dramas with other actor and actress but here in the Romance of Tiger and Rose is the best for me. I hope they will be paired in a drama together in the future as main leads. (And if possible to be a couple in real life )❤❤❤

Actually in this scene, from how I saw it (i already watched all the eps)
he was just trying to push Qian qian to use her kung fu. Tho he kinda felt he went overboard because she cried. He never meant to actually do it. Because even as a dark han shou he still loved her. Coz maybe he was a bit expecting she'd defend herself by attacking him and using kung fu.
You know how the scene where they last talked before han shou was banished. She said some harsh things as if everything was to fool him.
I find Han shou clever because whatever he does, it's a part of his plan when he returned as dark han shou.
He knows when she's lying. And I think he didn't believe fully the words she said to him before he got banished. He was just hurt by her actions and deception.
In this scene, he was trying to confirm his assumptions.
Tho he is not aware here that she never had kung fu from the start because she's a diff qian qian. And it's not because of the poison.
But she indeed lied to him thatshe actually can use kung fu and just fooling him that she doesn't and he was just part of her plan.
Notice on his words and actions like in the other scenes of the series as dark han shou. Even tho he knew that she had deceived him at some point, he still held some trust for her.
The acts he had done in front of her was mostly to test if his assumptions were right and also to protect her and because he still loved her and out of all people, he was the one that understands her the most.
Well...if qianqian didnot cry and just screaming with soft/weak (not martial arts) hand pushing and kicking, he would just do it because he was burned in anger and jealosy. (If you watch the Wolf you will have the same vibe).
Most hero that truly loves the heroine could not stand to the genuine helpless cry from his beloved one.

I really liked this scene because it helped us acknowledge their viewpoints and character traits, took a dive into consent between married couples, and because it was done so well. We all know that Han Shuo and Chen Qianqian love each other but here Han Shuo attempts to do something without her agreement.
From Han Shuo's perspective she controlled him, used him, betrayed him, and then abandoned him. She always lied to force him to do what she wanted and it all began with her forcing him to marry her. He didn't willingly become a part of their relationship but was dragged into it by Qianqian who treated him poorly at first. He believes that she deserves the same treatment so that she knows what its like to be forced to do something against their will. He isn't evil, he doesn't want to hurt her. They are husband and wife and he is angry that she favors Mr. Pei. He wants her to suffer just as much as he did when she broke his heart. Then just as quickly he changes his mind and retreats upon realising that she is weak and is really unable to do Kung Fu unlike what she said before and also because he realises that she isnt lying when she is saying that she is scared.
From Qianqian's perspective, she knows that Han Shuo hates her because of her actions. She also knows that Han Shuo takes revenge seriously because she created him that way. She thinks he will force himself on her and is terrified even though she loves him because the Han Shuo she loves isn't the hate-filled revenge-driven person in front of her. Her reaction is justified and is really well done. She explains that she is scared and pleads him to stop because she believes that the person she loves won't hurt her willingly.

This scene made me unloved Han Shou, I know all of the humiliations and heartaches Chen Qianqian brought to him, but clearly this is straight-wrong. He earned my favor back in episode 21 because his trust is back, but HELLO SCREENWRITERS PLEASE STOP PUTTING THIS KIND OF SCENE! It's 2021 and raping/trying to rape the woman "that you love" is not RIGHT and IS NEVER THE CULTURE ANYMORE. It is also not fluttering to see a man in rage stopping just because his sense was brought back, in reality, if someone has done it, the person who did that could've been having serious anger management issues and it is hard to resolve.

Ok some of people misleading this part. Han shuo try this method to see if qian qian lies again at him. Remember qianqian said that it was all lie in order to tame han shuo and forget about his mission. At the time that han shuo came back at huyuan city he is determined to know is qianqian lies again to him. Remember when they try to posoin qianqian to use the dragon bine and qianqian said she lost her kung fu skills he tried to know if qianqian really saying the truths about her kung fu skills. But han shuo did it wrong in action.
