Tenx habitat : Horrible project by Raymonds . It’s complete failure . Amenities are pathetic . Approach by road is worst . Can not walk on the road in monsoon it’s flooded with dirty water . Filthy area with lot of dirt . Raymonds is not at all bothered abt the situation of people staying in Tenx . They are only interested in selling flats and nothing else

J Tower possession was on sep 2023 as per sales person one to one now they are saying june 2025.
