Nag file aq ng SSS retiement/ pension since September 2023 then nag bayad aq ng underpayment ko Sept. 2024 but hanggang ngayon po ay pending pa rin at under evaluation pa rin yong retirement/pension benefits ko. Nabaon na po aq sa utang at naputulan na po kami ng kuryente ilaw at tubig, hirap na hirap na po aq pero pinapabalilk balik lng aq jan sa SSS office Olongapo pero puro paasa lng po ang kanilang sinasabi o tugon. Balik daw aq next month. Then pag wala another next month uli. Paulit ulit lng po yon nauubos na yong pera ko kapamasahe paparoot- parito, pero wala pa rin. Sinasabi ng girlfriend ko na mag pakasal na kami pero hindi aq maka tugon dahil wala nga po aqng pera. Tatlong taon na po aqng nahihirapan ang pag-asa ko na lng sana ay SSS pero lagi bigo aq d2. I used the Surname [ the surname of my father's father ], which I had just recently found out that they are not married [ the parents of my father ]. Therefore, I should have written there the Surname of my Father [ using The Surname of his Mother ]. [ They are married ] The name of my Father's Father [my grandfather] is Benedict P. Tingson and [my grandmother] the Mother of my Father's name is Conchita A. Sesilo I had placed on the E1 pink form in my Father's name as Charles Sesilo Tingson. However, upon learning his parents are not married, then I should have written: Charles Sesilo. Ang sabi sa akin mag uumpisa ako makatanggap ng unang pension, July 2023. Bumisita po ako sa office ninyo dito sa Antipolo branch dahil ang naka post sa SSS Account ko ay buwan ng July, August at September. Noong una ang naka register na bank account ko ay UCPB na naging LandBank dahil nag merge sila. Dahil sa tagal dumating, ang advise sa akin ng SSS personnel ay magpalit ng bank account na siyang ginawa ko. Ang ginamit ko ngayon ay BDO, at last August 31 may na receive ako halaga na katumbas ay 1 buwan lang. Nag file aq ng SSS retiement/ pension since September 2023 then nag bayad aq ng underpayment ko Sept. 2024 but hanggang ngayon po ay pending pa rin at under evaluation pa rin yong retirement/pension benefits ko. Nabaon na po aq sa utang at naputulan na po kami ng kuryente ilaw at tubig, hirap na hirap na po aq pero pinapabalilk balik lng aq jan sa SSS office Olongapo pero puro paasa lng po ang kanilang sinasabi o tugon. Balik daw aq next month. Then pag wala another next month uli. Paulit ulit lng po yon nauubos na yong pera ko kapamasahe paparoot- parito, pero wala pa rin. Sinasabi ng girlfriend ko na mag pakasal na kami pero hindi aq maka tugon dahil wala nga po aqng pera. Tatlong taon na po aqng nahihirapan ang pag-asa ko na lng sana ay SSS pero lagi bigo aq d2. Sana po ay matulungan ninyo aq sa problemang ito. Salamat po.

Makuha ko pa ba ang aking monthly pension last july 2023 up to the present month,kung delayed ang aking pag file. More than 120 payments na ang aking contributions before I became 60 years old. Nag 60 years old ako last 2023. At nyayon lang ako naka file 2024, almost one year na.

I would just like to clarify, if I'm going to have and receive my pension when I will become at the retirement age, what are the requirement or documents should I submit?
Because I'm now in 30's, I had my SSS since 8 years ago, my very concerned is the Surname of my parents that I placed on the E1- pink form. I used the Surname [ the surname of my father's father ], which I had just recently found out that they are not married [ the parents of my father ]. Therefore, I should have written there the Surname of my Father [ using The Surname of his Mother ].
Example in details:
My Father's name is Charles Sesilo Tingson
and my Mother's name that I put is Shiela Dalonga Tingson. [ They are married ]
The name of my Father's Father [my grandfather] is Benedict P. Tingson
and [my grandmother] the Mother of my Father's name is Conchita A. Sesilo
I had placed on the E1 pink form in my Father's name as Charles Sesilo Tingson.
However, upon learning his parents are not married, then I should have written: Charles Sesilo.
Would there be any problem in the future as I submit myself to receive the pension? Should I just leave the Written Information that I already placed on the Pink E1 form, or I still need to correct it immediately?

Maaaring gamitin ng inyong magulang ang Retirement Benefit calculator sa kanilang My.SSS online account para sa kanilang estimated Retirement Pension. Nais po naming ipaalala na ito ay estimate lamang at maaaring magbago sa oras ng aplikasyon.

Hi Ruperto, Mabuting Araw. Th SSS has launched a Pension Loan Program for retiree-pensioners who has satisfied the following conditions ---
* Must be 80 years of age or below at the end of the month of the loan term; Note: The term of the loan plus the age of the pensioner at the time of application should not exceed 80 years.
* Must have no deductions, such as outstanding loan balance, benefit overpayment payable to SSS, etc., from his/her monthly pension;
* Must have no existing advance pension under the SSS Calamity Package; and
* Mmust be receiving his/her regular monthly pension for at least six (6) months and status of pension is “Active”
Note: If the retiree pensioner availed the 18 months advance, he/she must be receiving his/her regular monthly pension for at least 6 months.

Magtanong lang po! ako po ay member ng SSS at 60 years old na nakita ko sa aking "contribution" na nag simula lang ng 1985 ang contribution na nakatala sa SSS samantalang naging miyembro ako ng 1979 pa pero ng kwentahin ko ay naka 96 month lang ako dahil sa mga butal na buwan na di nahuhulugan sa loob ng mga taon kaya may hindi kumpletong taon na hindi hindi kumpleto!, pasok po ba ako na pwede nang magretire at makatanggap ng pension kahit sa suma ko ay 96month lang inabot ang contribution ko o kailangan punan kopa yung kulang na buwan kahit na nasa 60 na ako para makatanggap ng PENSION nitong retirement period ko sa SSS. Sa pagkakataon po na ang tinutukoy na concern ay ang LOI o Letter of Introduction na maaaring gamitin upang magkaroon ng minimum maintaining balance (subject to bank guidelines) ng napiling participating PESONet banks at ang maaaring gamitin sa pagbubukas ng personal single savings account ng miyembro ay maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa alinmang tanggapan ng SSS for assistance. Upang maiwasan ang anumang abala, ang lahat ay hinihikayat na tumawag muna bago magtungo sa aming mga branches na nais nilang bisitahin.

Mabuting Araw rre. Ang pagkuha o pag-refund po ng kontribusyong naihulog ay hindi pinapayagan ng SSS. Ang SSS membership ay pang habangbuhay. Ang mga kontribusyong naihulog sa SSS may entitle the member sa mga benepisyo at pribilehiyo, as long as natugunan ang mga kondisyon sa ilalim nito.

Mabuting Araw Danny. Upang umayon po sa ilalim ng Sickness Benefit, ang isang miyembro ay kinakailangan na matugunan niya ang mga sumusunod na qualifying conditions:
• Hindi nakapagtrabaho dahil sa sakit o pinsala at naratay sa ospital man o sa bahay ng hindi kukulangin sa apat (4) na araw;
• Nakapaghulog ng hindi kukulangin sa tatlong (3) buwang kontribusyon sa loob ng 12-month period bago ang semester ng pagkakasakit o pagkapinsala;
• Nagamit na niya lahat ang kanyang company sick leaves (kung employed); at
• Nakapagbigay ng Sickness Notification sa employer o sa SSS kung nahiwalay sa trabaho, self-employed o voluntary member.

May itatanong lang po ako. Last year nag file ako ng retirement at natanggap ko naman kaukulang halaga. Ang sabi sa akin mag uumpisa ako makatanggap ng unang pension, July 2023. Bumisita po ako sa office ninyo dito sa Antipolo branch dahil ang naka post sa SSS Account ko ay buwan ng July, August at September. Noong una ang naka register na bank account ko ay UCPB na naging LandBank dahil nag merge sila. Dahil sa tagal dumating, ang advise sa akin ng SSS personnel ay magpalit ng bank account na siyang ginawa ko. Ang ginamit ko ngayon ay BDO, at last August 31 may na receive ako halaga na katumbas ay 1 buwan lang. Please advise kung anong dapat kung gawin para matanggap ko ang kakulangang dalawang buwan, July at August. Umaasa sa agarang solusyon o tugon sa aking problema.
