Go with Orange Holiday Sim Card, includes Switzerland, cheaper than Salt.

Come on we are in 2023! You dont want to walk around with a pocket wifi. Here is why: www.traveltomtom.net/travel-gear/best-way-to-get-wifi-when-traveling

Hi Alan :) I wasnever in that exact situation, as a live in switzerland. I cant really tell, but I would say this: My guess is you dont have unlimited internet in your contract and no wifi in your hotel. it really depends on how much you think you gonna use it. If you want to be uptodate with you sport team refreshing the forum every 30seconds or if you maybe want to watch a movie or something then yes you need to go buy a card. If you just want to check your e-mail it may be cheaper to just pay for usage. It really depends on your contract, your home country and how you want to use it. I have no idea how much the roaming cost will be for you (using your mobile in this country) it s very different for every country depending on contracts but it can be ridiculously high i.e. I once paid over 100 bucks for a 30min phone call. If you want to be safe and have cost control I would strongly advise you to buy a pre paid sim card so it will shut down if you go over that amount.

Welcome to the cheaptest country in the world 😅 Funny how CHF 40.00 doesn't sound much to me but love to see how shocked you were 😀 Hope you have a good time here!

5 days is 19 usd - not 5 usd. The agent actually quoted 32 usd for 10 days.
