The little "tink" from the space bar adds just enough variety to keep it from being stale noise. I like it.

I can’t find any ceramic keycap sets for sale online. The only ones I could find came in sets of 4 or 8 and were $40 or $80 per set. Too expensive for me lol
I think they require stronger springs cause y'know, ceramic heavy, plastic light.

와 소리 너무 좋다… 누르는 소리 자체는 오도도독 약간 무거운 소리인데 스페이스바 누를 때 마다 나는 팅팅 소리는 가벼워서 좋음

I wonder how quiet this specific set-up is, since for ASMR purposes I’m guessing the mic is picking up more than normal. Regardless of the switches though, I bet ceramic dampens things nicely. The space bar sound is especially cool in that respect. It’s a much higher pitch of course but it’s so soft. And then the smoothness of the ceramic glaze must feel pretty satisfying. Ngl I am tempted by this novelty…

Thank you for making this video, even though it took a lot of resources! I have been looking for a ceramic keycap typing video and have not seen one yet, so this is perfect.
My goal was to create a board with a sound similar to this and I think I achived somthing pretty gosh darn close with lubed & filmed Gateron oil king linears and cerakey keycaps on a Keychron board. Thank you for inspiring me

These key caps is actually produced by one company in China, I got 4 for arrow key already.

The way the space bar sounds! Super relaxing!
As someone with the set this is pretty spot on what it sounds like to the naked ear. The space bar is by far the most satisfying thing tho. Once they get all the orders from kickstarter or whatever done being able to buy just the space bar will be a nice gift for yourself or others.
이 걸 어디에 쓰냐면 집중해서 뭘 해야햘 때 비쥐엠으로 깔아놓고 집중합니다. 타건 속도가 빠르면 소리에만 귀가 자꾸 쏠려서 집중 못하는데 적당히 느린 타건은 비쥐엠으로 인식되어서 집중력을 올려줘요. 그리고 많이 느리고 살살 치는 타건은 잠들어여. 다음엔 asmr 잠들어라 키린이들 기획 시리즈로 찾아와주시면 감사하겠습니다. 저는 삼신흑 러버이고요... 일단 아이디어 생각나는 건
1 저소음적축에 키스킨 올려서 아주 잔잔바리로 쳐주시는 것
2 무접점키보드 슷바 빼고 기본 키 타건으로 도강도강 쳐주시는 것
3 삼신흑에 폼젤리 키캡 얹어 다닥다닥 눌러서 쳐주시는 것
4 서로 비슷한 키보드를 엇박으로 다각 도각 쳐주시는 것(한 손에 한 키보드가 되겠쥬?)

I've had these exact ceramics on my WASD keys for a month and a bit, and the keys no longer stay on my switches. If the switch rebounds slightly too fast, theyll pop off the keyswitch. Usually mid-game. Its very annoying.
Maybe they're knock-offs? Or their switch isn't really jiving with the keycap maybe?
@@devilluv_ I think the clear coat inside the ceramic stem had worn down causing it to slide of the switch easier

I plan to put a set of ceramic keycaps on my keyboard for their cold and smooth feel.. I hope it enhances what i like about my keyboards sound 😵 this is so nice

For all of those that want them, I’ve checked on the internet and it seems to cost 15-20$ per keycap alone, + shipping and international fees.
Edit : I’ve seen a set of 113 keys for less than 150$ for those interested
