Looking forward to the "business with chronic pain" podcast. I've had to deal with it for almost 30 years and it's super frustrating. Only recently found out I actually have ADHD, and that explains a lot about why I was still having problems Even when I felt like that pain wasn't an issue. Working on creating new habits now. One thing I wanted to say I really strongly agree about that Nicole said, is that you have to figure out your own internal language. Cookie cutter one-size-fits-all affirmations are really unlikely to help you...unless you happen to be neurally aligned with the person whose affirmations you are parroting.
With crafting, so many people spend a ton of time labeling and sorting their supplies to look pretty. I honestly don't know how people have the time and energy to do that. Being organized is one thing, but I'm talking about like repackaging things - like those people who take all their crackers and pretzels and stuff, and put them into different containers in the pantry. To me that's so tedious and redundant.
Social media overwhelmes me. I do research and educate myself. However, I procrastinate and then yes, I clean my house while my mind is on overdrive. 😂😂
Great podcast!
Thanks for listening!

Yes! I really love that. There have been a lot of things that didn't resonate with me than there have been things that did!

I keep stuff labeled, but not like some people! Mine is usually with a simple label maker or post its, ha!

Right? I swear we all do it! You're not alone! :)
