He draws a green from a blue so he can get his vanish back. He reduces arts power on ults and special moves and also goes ntrl. Most broken character and probably only 2nd to ULT Gohan in terms of kit. (Wohoo another gohan unit...)
you were onl using half your gauge because u couldn't go to the attack gauge hence the damage u were seeing . just shows that if u don't go to the attack gauge he ain't a last man standing option but W showcase
