Hey, thought I'd check this channel out! I know next to nothing about servers but your videos are presented in such a nice way and I wish you well on all your future projects! :)

¡Excelente video, sobre todo para los que nos dedicamos principalmente a la Administración del ONTAP, sin interacutar constantemente con el hardware que está detrás!. Muchas Gracias

Thank you so much. New to SANs, especially NetApp devices and hard to find non-NetApp video with a real person showing how to cable the devices. The NetApp guides are very confusing if you're not familiar with terms like unified config, inter-connect switches, etc. All my limited experience to write documentation for my client up till now has been with the Select virtual appliance and of course it's hard to visualize how the real cabling looks on a physical device. Much appreciated!

This platform uses 100Gb to connect a single NS224c shelf. Different than typical FAS platforms. I've also got a FAS2650 with shelves we'll be cabling up with those kind of cables soon.

The right question is… WHY NOT?! :) Servers are on their way, we’re building a datacenter!

@@mrgkswltn234 Thats the only way you can learn this stuff before start assembling online and sending directly to datacenters. You need to explain to remote hands what they need to do and you WILL NOT learn it without practice
