  • Natalie Brooks is the founder of Dyslexia in Adults, a company that works to create a safe and creative space to discuss both the challenges and strengths of being an adult with dyslexia. After struggling in the workplace herself, Natalie created this community to offer support and empower individuals to better understand themselves. During this episode, you will hear Natalie talk about:
    ● How a working environment that benefits dyslexic employees can also benefit everyone at work
    ● Her own struggles with self-doubt and low self-confidence at work
    ● Why she decided to share her struggles on social media, and how that led her to create a supportive online community for dyslexic adults
    ● How she handles her imposter syndrome when it comes to talking about her company
    ● Her perspectives on common dyslexic strengths

Thank you for this. I’ve struggled with dyslexia my whole life. So much of what Natalie said resonated with my own experience. 😊

I it’s so hard that you have a disability that nobody sees..
I’m on the verge of being fired at my job from last year complete discrimination against somebody with a disability ..
People with dyslexia just don’t been in the same box.
