I’m thrift shopping tomorrow so getting ideas. I just got a divorce and had to vacate my house quickly for my safety so I didn’t get to bring a lot of my decor so your ideas are going to help me make new decor for my new home!!! Thanks Liz!
Li z - I love watching your videos. You have an ability to see beauty in the ordinary. Your demos of how you turn thrifted or stash items into current, beautiful items. Thank you for sharing!!
OMG! You absolutely hit a home run! In my opinion this is your best thrift store video! I love thrift stores anyway, and everyone of these is a winner. The simple lampshade riser is brilliant!
Just started watching your vids as im redoing my whole house and wanted some ideas and you definitely provided me with lots of inspiration, so my gift to you is… if you hate removing labels, the easiest, quickest and cleanest way to remove sticky labels, is to use a hairdryer, blast the sticker for a min and it will heat the glue and remove the labels 😘
Beautiful ideas. very creative and ingenious
Love the bridge post effect they have.❤
I am up at 12:30AM watching this and loving it!!! I went to my garage to hunt for something to craft and the lights are all out! So I finished the video. Also I am placing an Amazon order to get some items you use and recommend!!!
Your black lamp looks better than the pottery barn one!
I like the things that the characteristics weren’t destroy. Thank you for not destroying the books. I help my breath.
So refreshing to see live plants for a change!
Wow, LIZ those are great DIY'S. Thanks for sharing...😊
Thanks for watching!
I actually like your frosted glass hurricane candleholder better!
You are THE most imaginative and creative DIY-er I have ever seen! I so enjoy your videos! Thank you a million times!!!
As usual beautiful ideas from a great lady. Your diy's are very unique & beautiful. Love them
I like All your DIY projects
Oh my I love the plant or candle risers. Brilliant idea.
Liz you are the luckiest person I know!!! 🙏💜🙏
I really liked number 3, but most of them are still my favs!
I absolutely love your ideas. Thanks for sharing.
I would use the spoon and the one that had the face you covered with the metal bird ❤
Love those lamps, and the sea glass sprayed lampshade.
All your diys are brilliant 😮
you go girl, your super smart for doing this lots of treasures at GW and thrift stores...
Oh my they are all just gorgeous! Can't pick a favorite
I would love to see a full house tour! Your house must be fairly big I don’t have that many spaces to decorate in my house. I wonder what you do with all the extra stuff that you rotate through?
All of these are lovely cards! I lived in Seattle for 12 years and always heard them as Gerber Daisies
omg! that marble! just gorgeous!
Wonderful ideas and creativity
I love everything you recreate 😮😮😮😊😊😊
Hey Liz…here’s a tip to make those faux “leather” trays to make it look more like real leather. Use wax for chalk paint once the paint is dry. When you buff the wax after drying, it looks like real leather!
You are so talented ❤
Thank you Jamie!
I love ALL of these! But I wish we had that restore in the U.K.! The prices are ridiculously low. Everything here is SO expensive.
Awesome ideas, love your channel
I love it all but I love the $10 lamps
Liz,can you tell me please, where do you find all those different techniques? Painting, and textures, with us!!!.all these wonderful ideas? Love you, for all of your ideas and sharing them with us!!!
This was a very inspiring Dup video. I loved the way you showed the thrift item, then immediately went into your DIY. Very great ideas, and loved the time spent on this. Loved it!! 😃❤️
Other than making sure the seams edges and colors blend well, everything else is great…
Beautiful color
Love the ideas of the boxes really cute one
With the before-and-after pictures I actually like hers better than Pottery Barn's
What can I say!!! Everything is great...neatly done and your ideas are awesome....TYFS ❤😊
When you repurposed the light shade for the succulents, I thought Sure you would line it with a coffee filter first, to keep the soil from sifting through those big holes on the bottom!!! They're porous enough to let water drain, but they hold the dirt in the pot!!!
Great ideas!
Love the lamps!!!! This has to be your best video ever!!!
Genius 😊 ideas
I really enjoyed this video.
I'm so glad!
I love them all.
Liz, these are all so Amazing!!! I really Love all of these! You did Great Dupes!!! God Bless You.😊
So much inspirational ideas. My Do To list just got longer.Thank you.
Brian you can do it you both are a great team can't wait to see how the bedroom comes out thankyou for sharing 😊❤
Very cool DIYs .... they are very doable!!
Hi Liz. As many price tags as you remove you might want to invest in a heat tool, they work great at melting the glue of the price tags and they come right off. A little hint from me to you. Patti ( A blow drier works too)
You're so brilliant doing your DIY projects. You're so amazing, and how you master every item you do. Love it ❤
So inspiring and creative, must try some of these things!!❣️❣️
Beautiful
Liz, I love baskets! I really loved the thrifted one “as is” when you purchased it. I also like the color much better than Pottery Barn’s baskets. I looked at it again and I think the hardware and leather straps would have needed some makeover work. Anyway, I just LOVE the square basket and it’s way prettier than the Pottery Barn’s. ❤👍
I wish I had found this good stuff at the thrift stores. Mine doesn't have that much good stuff anymore. I'm guessing too many people watching DIY videos...lol
Bin zufällig auf die Seite gestoßen. Gleich abonniert. Danke für die tollen Ideen
Love your ideas ❤
Very Nice Dupes, Liz❤ Thank You, as Always❣️ Have a Great week!!
It looks amazing
I wish you would put out a video every day!
It is truly beautiful ❤😊
You are such a talented lady so happy for this channel I have learned a lot on home decor loving each decor in this video nailed it 💛💜♥️💚
Come decorate my house! I have so much stuff here that I thrifted and such and it's all sitting in my spare room waiting to be hung up and styled. I like the comparison pictures and it would be nice to see the price comparison.
i like your video😬
Try using a hair dryer to get the stickers off items.😂❤
Liz I loved these. I’ve been watching you for so long and I’ve kinda slowed down in dollar tree diys cuz they’re usually so small. I live for the thrift ones though! Maybe it’s due to it being the last one but my favorite is that lamp! It’s spectacular and I’ve wondered about printing lamp shades for a very long time. I wasn’t able to find much about it. I’m wondering about it cracking over time but it’s thrifted. What do you have to lose I guess.. lol!
love the risers, very do able.
Love it ❤
Genius!
Genius 😊
This was a nice long video filled with awesome DIYs. I love it, thanks for all the inspiration! Blessings.
Sanding down the edges of the dowels would give a more high end finish. Not hating, just giving tips.
If I had a dollar for every time she said pottery barn, I’d be very rich! 😅
Omgoodness your Re-Store is soooo nice! Im in Cincinnati and ours is overpriced stuff that even a Goodwill wouldn't even try to sell. Looks more like a salvage scrap yard. 😩 and our Goodwills are just as overpriced as well.
Liz, these are awesome! I always wonder though: why don’t you use a Clorox type wipe rather than a wet paper towel to clean your thrifted items off? Am I going overboard or is it just personal preference?
Thanks!
To get the "speckled" look on the vase, why didn't you try to use a sponge?
Thanks ❤
Same thing with baskets, do you wash them , wipe them down, or spray them with something?
I loved this video.
On the tile could you use the marble effect on them ?
What does the painted shade look like when turned on in the evening?
Man I need to know where these stores are at
I like the thrift store items you take home and clean up and just use, like the neat vase you put on a wood ring and just inserted a candle, or the little round box you turned into a planter. When you repaint the "treasures" I think you lose some of their uniqueness. But, then that's just me.
how do you keep from getting spray paint on your brick wall?
Hi Liz,
What color of rub n buff did you use on those 2 lamps?
❤❤❤❤❤
Anytime you buy any type of fabric...loose or already on a item do you wash it!.? I find fabric items all the time, but i pass on them because I always worry about what might be harboring inside or on them.
You are good
I love how the old become new again. They look great. I have a 32 year old brass floor lamp that the bottom base, half of it looks corroded. Can I spray painted? Or what do you suggest I can do to make it brassy and shiny again? Thank you.
Have you tried polishing it with Brasso? I would try that before painting it.
@@stephaniknutson5530 Thank you for you recommendation. I will try Brasso and hope the base of the floor lamp can be restored.
No special paint for the lampshade?
I’m curious about your camera girl! Does she do all your filming and editing? I’m curious about what her salary is “ ball park”? If I was to start a channel like this I would need a video person.
Why so much black,no soft pink.blue.greens,etc. love your shows.
Just curious, obviously you don’t keep all of your DIY stuff so what do you do with it all?
Omg!!!!!!!!!❤️🥰
How do you have enough room in your home for more decor?????
Where are you living? In my city, (Miami) I don't find anything like those items!
Why is everything painted white black n beige?
That wasn't a Wedgewood container, was it?
