    Love the videos and not wanting to ruffle feathers but for when taking pictures or videos of fish in net try to keep something in mind, something I've instilled in my kids who fish a lot. When you take fish out of water, hold your breath, if you need to breath during time fish is out of water well the fish usually does too.

      I love that last run, you had a triple setup, double bead and roe bag... dam! Gotta try to increase my chances like that. I normally only run single beads. I gotta try the tandem rig +1... 😁✔

    Nice fish brotha!Try going 6 or Even 8 pound line you will loose less fish.I always use 10 and always catch fish in small water.👍🏼

    That’s why I hate tandem set ups
    On big waters I understand set up tandem then once u find them reduce to single hook
    It sucks when u have on a beauty fish in the mouth and then the tandem snags him too
    U don’t get the full potential fight

      So very true brother, it definitely is a love & hate relationship when it comes to tandem.
      At least you get to cover 2 colours at the same time.

    Nothing personal dude, but your video highlights a pet peeve of many of us long timers with some of these rookie centrepin and other noodle nobs fishing light line. I am constantly cleaning up miles of mono from morons breaking off at the reel and leaving their mess in the river. If you want to light line it, great, use it as a tippit pls with at least double the pound test as your main line. That way, you will break off a couple of feet perhaps instead of a couple of miles of tanged animal and fish traps. If you care about your sport and the wild life this affects, pls consider this.Your fingers will be happier and the fish will too. Nice fish, nice spot. It would be nice if it stays that way.

      thanks for the inside scoop dude, I live for the rush.
      I'll bump up the leader line, this season come for bigger water.
      I'll keep doing me though!

    • @guestdavel
      @guestdavel ปีที่แล้ว

      a leader line of lessor # strength will limit the length of line after breakoff.....Rocky i've seen you use minimal thinner leader line to entice the silvers and i agree too light of main lines will result in miles of mess left behing......great videos Rock !

      @domz1781 ปีที่แล้ว

      What? are you crazy lol? I know some of the best guides/fishermen on this river and they all use nets. I've seen so many people drag their catches on the rocks or lose their fish because they didn't have a net. Quit being a snob and go find something better to do lol.
