U have rights but don't trample on other's rights

Wow sheer propaganda.....
Are yaar aur kitna chatoge. Labour party ko bhi girna parha hae. Tum kaynsi chiz ho
Fattu government
quint can be so biased I can't even imagine. The SC's decision is absolutely right. If the protests are done on road the inconvenience caused to normal public is immense there is a loss of revenue, common people have to bear the losses for someone's political agendas. GOOD JOB SC of India Well Done
isnt that the whole objective of protesting so that the govt. feels the need to resolve the issues of the protestors asap!!! think openly once!
That's the point of protest ..
Protests are meant to put pressure on the government.

Either you're dumb or you're dumb

Htt bsdik .
Insread of talking to the quint why dont you go and challenge supreme court judgement. you dont because your arguments are foolish and you know they will be rejected.
rightly said
this is a way of challenging the judgment
what more can they do take the court to court or what, study the law before commenting
When sc supports Muslims and communists it's good and when not its bad
What a hipocracy
Hmmm
Didn't understand.
Please elaborate.😅
sahi baat minority appeasement band hona chaiye
@ bhai agar kabhi aisi govt. ayi jo tere ideology ke against to ye judges tere protest ke against bhi istmaal kiya jaa sakta he
India runs on Indian Constitution and not on international Law, and who makes this international law. This is as stupid as it gets.
@Politically Incorrect Bender There is nothing like International law dictating about where I can protest, its complete absurdity, I am not commenting about Judgement, I am just saying Quint is showing high level of stupidity by quoting its a violation of international law. And a single person is enough for get the judgement, I have had issues with laws I filed for complains and complains get resolved, it takes time that is true.
@@amitasthana do you even know hiw international law works, international laws are agreed upon laws that leaders and their respective parliaments agree upon, on issues of international interest and since india has agreed to this international law it has to follow it. and before you say that protest and the right to assembly aren't issues of international interest, they are humanitarian issues that *almost* the whole world agrees upon including india, and the international law while they don't supercede the constitution are still passed by the parliament and therefore the parliament agrees that this law is a law that doesn't contradict the constitution and this supreme court judgment not only goes against international law but also the constitution
@@DumpTruckOfH Every countries has their own laws, countries make treaties when its about dealing between countries. There is no one who can dictate a law for another country, country has their Judicial system and work on those laws, which applies to any countries.
And as you said its about international interests, here we are talking about protest withing a country, has to do with only Constitutional law.
Does not matter if one or another politician agreed upon on treaty or law with a country, India has written constitution and that has the final say, Till something is in the constitution its following all law. Constitution of India will overrule any law / treaty made otherwise when its matter within a Court in the India. Indian courts should follow India Constitution and no other law they need to follow.
Next time the protesters will block house gate, where is my rights to live, mobility etc
your gate is private property, this judgment is banning gatherings in certain public places
p.s. breaking your private property is already illegal
Judiciary is independent. Those who are questioning the judgement, i don't think anything can make them satisfied. Shayad aap log vahi hearing ke time par baith kar saare arguments sun rahe the. Peace
