To give a little more context about the song, the protagonist Manju was an atheist and never believed in Lord Shiva. He later realises his existence and turns into a great devotee. But he is not allowed into this temple due to his past behaviour. The King challenges him to prove his devotion by lighting those temple lamps without any match stick. Manju successfully lights the lamps by praying to Lord Shiva and wins everyone's hearts. You can notice this at 4:25
