인천 구월동 모던마크라메 전문스튜디오 결 마크라메 입니다 :)
마크라메 대표적인 형태라고 할 수 있는 레이어드타입 월행잉 3단으로 만들어 봤는데요
레이어드가 더해질때마다 풍성한 느낌을 줄 수 있어 작은 크기여도 존재감이 큰 작품이에요
이번 작품은 가로 60cm x 8~90cm 정도로 작지 않은 크기의 작품 이랍니다 :)

I was able to successfully follow this tutorial and it came out beautifully! I used the Google Translate app on my phone in "camera mode" to translate the instructions at each stage. The lengths she uses are: 1 x 370cm, 14 x 250cm, 6 x 370cm, 2 x 650cm, 2 x 460cm, 1 x 280cm, 6 x 200cm, plus 32-34 pieces for fringe (to the length of your liking, I did ~65 cm each). Hope this helps others!

같은 굵기 실을 사용해도 공장에서 나올때마다 실굵기 차이가 조금 날 수 있고 만드는 사람에따라 당기는 힘이 다르기 때문에 만드시다가 실이 부족할 수 있습니다
표시해드린 재단길이보다 50cm이상 넉넉하게 재단하여 사용하시길 추천드려요😊

I made a wider version of this wall hanging because the dowel I had was 3 ft. How I did it was I followed the video instructions beginning to end, then I made the center part (0:00-13:24) again on the left and right.

Can you please tell me what kind of thread you are using? Is it 100% cotton or something else? What is the thread thickness?
I made this and it turned out amazing. Thank you so much. But the strings making up the group of 5 larks turned put shorter than needed and I had to use extentions. This is also my first macrame project so I was wandering if this happened with anyone else or did I do something wrong?

from making this the first cord is 370cm .. the hanging cords are 250 cm. then i used 350 cm then 400 cm the 450 cm ... the outer layers require 50cm extra in legnth .. hope this helps ....these were my measurements in using 3mm cotton cord . im not a fan of thicker cords lol...

This is beautiful. Do you use the flat iron for the frindges, or you just comb them?
My experience, no need to iron the fringes,just leave them alone overnight ,they will look better !
Is the cord measurements for example...250cm (14 cords), 250cm twice which comes out to 500cm or just 250 cm folded in half to make the larkshead knot?
Fold 250cm in half and tie the larkshead knot :)

Can anyone tell me what type of scissors are used here? They seem to cut like butter. I have purchased so many scissors to only end up with a blister when cutting fringe. Would be so grateful. And Casey, thank you so much for your translation.
I use my rotary cutter and large mat for all my final trimming. You have to lay the piece down but the cutting is a snap.

I tried this, it is super hard... I am using 4mm and I cannot get my knots that tight and I am also short of rope nearing the end of the first section

I am making the diamond section and unfortunately the cord wasn't enough for 7 big diamond ... I need to adjust more cores .. i don't know where is the mistake but its beautiful when i finished ..i wish no body face this problem ..thanks ❤️

The wooden stick is 60 centimeters long.
When you hang the first 370cm of rope, make the right rope 40cm longer.

I just finished this and without the fringe in the outer edge it measures 16.5 inches wide by 17.25 inches from larkshead bottom to bottom point on 4th layer. Obviously I am not the author/creator but since I just finished I figured I would share my experience.
