Ji Longfeng isn't the one who developed xinyi liuhe quan, it is still Xingyi quan or xinyiba (some claim it's the same). Ma Xueli (Ji Longfeng disciple beside Cao Jiwu) was the one who develope xingyi quan to xinyi liuhe and he was a hui people/muslim.
