Typical woke Marxist praxis to reset historical facts to assist enforcement of current ideology. The current woke interpretation of racism is quite new, so the praxis is to present the new version as having always been true.
This is a concept that George Orwell dealt with a lot in 1984:
“The past was alterable ... Oceania was at war with Eastasia. Oceania had always been at war with Eastasia.”
"Who controls the past, controls the future: who controls the present, controls the past… The mutability of the past is the central tenet of Ingsoc. Past events, it is argued, have no objective existence, but survive only in written records and in human memories. The past is whatever the records and the memories agree upon. And since the Party is in full control of all records, and in equally full control of the minds of its members, it follows that the past is whatever the Party chooses to make it."

The audacity to call us "racist" for calling them out for re-rewriting our own histories, our own cultures who contributed greatly to the world. They can't seem to comprehend that we are the ancestors of these great civilizations they read in history books. It's self-righteous of them to think that they can steal the legacies without hearing our voices. It's time to protect our heritage, our culture from these westerners. They're doing the same thing their ancestors are doing hundreds of years ago by stealing our ancestors' artifacts, lands, culture, and stories, in this time instead of the British Museum, they send them to Hollywood to get appropriated and Americanized. Most USA (Anglo) historians start in 1620’s; while Spanish America had Universities by that period throughout the two continents (North and South), and opened the path for other Europeans to follow.

That's why the people behind this "documentary" ( propaganda) and some Black people have to call the critic racist, they don't have a Single rational argument, That's why they have to deshumanize the critics with this emotional argument (who are not worth . They are eaten inside by an deep rooted inferiority complex and have to try to impose an historical lie and a false narrative in their quest for power.
