If you have any questions about any of the gear I used leave it down in the comments. If you haven't seen the videos on my Wonderland Trail Thru Hike you can see them here:

Thanks for the tips! We were just selected in the lottery and are planning a trip in late summer. Have you considered packing your tent in a different stuff sack? I do that with most of my tents so that I can fit them inside my pack.

      Hi Stacey, that's awesome, congrats!!
Unfortunately, the Tarp Tent Aeon Li has struts on the tent, so it does not pack down any smaller, so it wouldn't matter which stuff sack I put it in. It's a tradeoff.

@@AdventurePlusMe Aw, bummer! I figured you would have thought of that, but it didn't occur to me for an embarrassingly long time on my AT thru-hike! ;-D Thanks again for the video!

Lol, it didn't really occur to me until after my AT thru that I didn't need a stuff sack for clothes (like long underwear, puffy, etc) 🤣. Never hurts to mention ideas!

I saw your video on the sole inserts. Do you feel you need them to avoid PF With zero drops or just find them more comfortable? Thanks

Hey pgreenx! I have never had PF, so I can't answer to that specifically. The insoles have helped me with metatarsalgia. Though, I am now experimenting with not wearing the insoles and just the insoles that came in my new Line Peak 4.5's. I still continue to do foot stretches everyday.

@@AdventurePlusMe Thanks - I am getting over PF and do the stretches you showed on our video which help. I NEVER wore insoles but do know and worry my feet will get used to them....

I have seen folks write in reviews of the Sole insoles that they have helped them with their PF. I know it can be frustrating trying a bunch of different insoles/shoes and can get costly. I hope that whatever you go with helps you get rid of PF for good!

Maybe just get a different stuff sack for the tent :)

Unfortunately, with the struts on the Aeon Li, the tent doesn't physically stuff any smaller, regardless of stuff sack size.
