Hello Andrew. I have 3 questions. 1. Do you have to park before crossing the bridge or can it withstand the weight of a vehicle? 2. Does the property line include the stream and bridge? The drawn map looks like it encompasses that area, but the satellite image looks to just be a wooded area around the cabin. 3. There looks to be a structure after the bridge but before the cabin off to the left. I take it that is separate? Sorry for all the questions, saw this yesterday and peaked my interest.
That's a really nice piece of property andy. I didn't see a holding tank for natural gas, would you have to buy one? Also, I didn't see a drilled well there either, is there one nearby?
Dead River can deliver the LP gas, they provide the pigs, sows, the hog. The gas cylinders are always referred to by SOO-EY names from the farm for some reason. I don't think you would use a ton of gas +patmurphy because the refrigerator is highly efficient, there is a gas cook stove, the water heater and hang your clothes out. Don't use a gas dryer!
What would a potential buyer need to know about having property right on an international border other than "stay on your own side"? Is the Eastern boundary clearly marked?
Yes... International boundary commission keeps it cleared, wide, very visible. Monuments with concrete piers and Canada on one side, US on other make it easy. Some stainless monuments and all in line of sight so no way you would wander over by mistake. Your farm cows or household pets, they might but not sure if they would trigger a US Border patrol sensor or not.
Also interesting is land that has been cut down by a Logging company and just wanted to sell the property cheap. Keep me in mind when looking at different properties 👍😎☃️

I drive right in +oxenrage .. solid road. Property line is on Dead Stream! .8 acre out with cabin out of one corner. Andy
