I started watching ninja go again I’m on season 9 and I remember hearing that after he was reborn and I had mad goosebumps. I was like the old garmadon is back baby!!!
You know when he said that I thought to myself that he was right. People don’t change. Lloyd is still that impatient kid who wants to impress his evil pops but does the right thing at the end of the day. As for Garmadon, he still struggles with his demons, but at the end of the day, he’s a father. After all, he only wanted to take over Ninjago the second time because he was protecting everyone from the oni. He never changed, he was still a hero, a father.

No amount of Oni blood could change who he truly is, a father and a hero who cares about his family, he just needed to find that part of himself again, and he did(sort of) by MotO. This Garmadon went out as a hero in my mind, even though he has his demons and is technically pure evil.

Whether we like it or not, season 8 and 9 were the absolute best in terms of writing and execution. I was hooked from beginning to end. The action was great, the characters even better, and the struggles and stakes were high and suspenseful.
I don't care how many people dislike/hate Lego Ninjago or anything regarding it, but the soundtracks of the seasons/movie is absolutely outstanding, and so are the storylines and characters themselves.
I still can’t believe a Lego show made for 8 year olds makes such good SOUNDTRACKS! They sound like they come from a Hollywood movie! They’re just too great.
It was S8 and I do agree that Emperor Garmadon is the best version. He’s so interesting. He’s a cruel monster, and yet he has conflicting feelings in his heart. I’m excited for what they will do with him in the future

@@gabrxael I heard about it. Personally, I don’t want Garmadon coming back IN THE MAIN STORY. I do want to see what he’s up to, but I’m my opinion, March of the Oni gave his character the perfect send off. Either way, I’m excited for the comic

I really like how his voice actor has played him, and I love seeing his interactions with the Ninja and his son. But I also want to see him finally allowed to figure himself out without any influence, since that’s not something we’ve really seen before. I guess we have to wait and see what they’ll do with him!

I really like the resurrected garmadon he is a badass the emperor garmadon is a true ruthless villain but no humanity in him because the good in him is no longer in him anymore sadly 😞 but i do appreciate that this garmadon is a true villain even though it is the resurrected version that is an evil true evil darkness of a villain but i miss his good side i missed the sensei garmadon more

Season 8-10 were targeted towards a 10+ demographic, so technically not 8 year olds for the entire series :)

Garmadon Reborn in S9, was the most intimidating (not the best) villain we've ever gotten in Ninjago in my opinion.
