  • Fermented cabbage recipe, sauerkraut is the healthiest salad recipe to be eaten everyday, with all your dishes, with endless health benefits.
    The ingredients for our recipe are:
    1 cabbage (1.5 - 2 kg) thinly cut
    2 carrots, shredded
    30 gr of salt
    Into a large bowl we add the cabbage and the carrots, drizzle with the salt, and crush with our hands, till we see all the fibers are broken, then we allow to set for 1 hour, and give out the cabbage liquid. Then we repeat this process, several time, till the cabbages are softener and have produced enough liquid.
    Into a clean jar, we fill the cabbage with the liquids, place several cabbage leaves on top, and weight it down with a clean stone, and place onto the kitchen counter, for 7 - 10 days, occasionally pushing it down with a wooden spoon.
    Once we the cabbage id fermented, we place into our fridge and enjoy up to several months.
