Hop latent viroid can cause huge swings in numbers..from clone to clone off same plants and branches..

haven't seen any indication i have this in my grow. But i know its hard to identify. I should probably look into how to test for this and how much that would cost.

most labs also claim a 15% variable +/- so just in that margin of error is huge..

well a 15% margin of error would mean from the test results. so for example, if we tested at 20% THC, it would be 15% of that. Which is a +/- of 3%. So I agree it still can be a significant move. but if we are almost doubling the numbers we are definitely outside of that expected variant.

Hey man I was watching one of ur old videos on co2 they had some pretty quick growth. I’m going to be starting co2 this week. I currently run 2.3-2.5 EC n a flood and drain system. Was wondering what EC levels u are using with co2? Thanks in advance!!!

With proline i run a 3ec to 3.2ec mostly. this will differ for each nutrient lineup of course. I would stay with what you are use to and titrate up as needed. Light intensity will drive nutrient demand more than simply adding in CO2 which will have an effect but not as large as the light intensity, in my opinion. Just keep a close eye on it for any signs of deficiency and increase EC slowly until solved.

Do you believe foliar helped with results at all or just the earlier harvest!!?

As far as i can tell right now foliar did not seem to effect the cannabinoids. But did assist in general plant health which appeared to play a significant role in overall yield. But i have only tested a foliar side by side 1 time. I would like to have multiple tests on more strains to get more concrete data. i have plenty of older tests without foliar and as i do more grows with foliar, i will continue to compare these to previous results and maybe do another side by side with different genetics to see if the results are the same.

also it did not allow me to harvest earlier. I did that my reducing the light as i had explained at the start of the video and then i decided to harvest even earlier to test the difference on the trichome maturity impacting the potency. which i covered those results in this video.
