lol on a serious note though, I believe both of them are partially at fault for how it turned out. George needs to learn to be more forthright with his intentions and not be so stuck in his head when it comes to showing interest. Direct communication is everything. However with Jessica, you can easily read on her face that she was not oblivious, and knew at every step that George could develop feelings. She just hides behind George's lack of directness as a defense to avoid any responsibility. She might've 'considered it' but that's after she knew George was already interested. In that case, the ball is in her court to say something. She has the power now. Figure out whether you want to try it, or say no. Don't be wishy washy and say nothing if you know a dude likes you. Take some accountability and make it clear. Just like a dude should make it clear if he's interested. In this case she did nothing and just let George run around in his head, and that's how these things happen.
