Can you make one about a fighting game? you know when the images or sprites aren't aligned, that would be very helpful for me, your explanations are very clear by the way, thanks a lot.!
Hi love your videos! I have a quick question. I am trying to test a platform game out, my problem is that I have no idea on how to enable the game to stop the sprite falling through the floor, even when I tried to do it I could no longer move my character until I turned the enable physics button off. Do you have a video on how to do this properly? thanks man : )
Honestly most help full video ever except no matter what he does not move on mine ? Im absolutely new and been stuck on this for too long , so ….i feel there is a setting I’m missing that tells it to use this keyboard yet I’m using keyboard the whole rime for functions , gasp , sigh , sweat !
What I can't understand is that there are some TH-camrs that still do tutorials using game maker studio 2 with using code. Game maker studio is meant for game developers that don't have the knowledge of code but there are some TH-camrs that call there videos tutorials for beginners when a beginner in game development has no coding experience and knowledge. This is why I love watching video tutorials on game maker studio 2 on this channel. The TH-camr on this channel is a great game master who teaches the right way for a beginner to understand how to use game maker studio 2.
You may have spoken too soon. I normally use code. I prefer it to Drag and Drop in most situations because it gives you many more options. I use GameMaker Studio 2 to teach the basics of coding to my students because it is easier to learn and understand than the C# or Javascript used in Unity. Take a look at my Asteroids tutorial (th-cam.com/video/0lyLkhR0xpc/w-d-xo.html). It is all coded, but I try to explain things in pretty good detail so you can understand why you are typing what you are typing.
I want to create a sprite via code. Is there a way to use sprite sheets from "included files". I need this for a variable number of frames and image_sizes. Roughly speaking I want to convert sprite sheets to sprites with subimages/frames via code. Maybe there is a way to do this with spirte_part() ?
This is very helpful! For once I am not confused on what to do! Thank you! Now I can create my first RPG based on my fantasy novels.

Gaming coding : level up knowledge 🚨
se você pressionar a tecla SHIFT e selecionar a parte que está sobrando ela apaga todas
