It's biased towards the zombies. The zombies launch at light-speed while the speed of the soldiers are throttled. If you make a sequel, both spawn rates need to be controlled (maybe at a rate of 1/s, with it increasing over time).

This is fair game because:
1.marble have 4 ball but pretty slow to make army but also make a lot of army at once, zombie may have only 2 ball but pretty fast to make army
2. You see the zombie that yeeted to marble base you think it unfair? well there a spear that from army by marble army is death already but spear still can kill zombie

Well Mr smarty pants it's still unfair because the zombies didn't die when they touched the wall and the spawn increase over time until the zombies release them
