Yoongi was actually b-boying before car accident and was very good at it and liked it. And also the fact that all these years he was so good at all complex choreography they've been performing all these years. He is amazing dancer and i'm sure if he didn't have shoulder injury he would be in dance line
It doesn't seem like Suga because you haven't heard anything from him besides heavy rap. He has many soft and beautiful songs. My favourites are First love, People, Set me free
SUGA has written many romantic lyrics and many lyrics about break up, there is nothing new with it. And of course it can be interpreted in many ways. SUGA rarely explains the meaning behind his songs, as he said himself: "I don't really like analyzing songs and adding explanations to them. Music belongs to the listener, not the creator. This is why i always talk about the production procedure rather than explaining the song and the lyrics".
Yoongi maybe started music through hip hop but he will never be limited by one genre. He is exploring absolutely different music. He can create pop, alternative rock, r&b, hip hop, pop-rock and all this is very Yoongi. He is constantly challenging himself and he likes trying new techniques and experiences. With "Seesaw" he said he wanted to try something different - more like an idol performance, than his usual rap performances. Yoongi also likes surprising audience. And he's been doing it his whole career. He experiments with music and he truly loves it with all his heart, that's why he nails every single genre he tries
I think this song is really meant for Yoongi. I watch Jk V and Jimin did the choreo while rehearsing and I know they're great dancers but it hits diff when yoongi did it. It suited in his personality the way he perform. And that smirk it add to the impact it soo Suga.
Yeah! and it is Suga's song too. He wrote and produced it.
Yoongi wrote this as an OT7 song first. He meant for it to be for the whole band. When it came time for him to submit a solo song, he decided to just use it as his solo instead, and made adjustments to it. He wrote the song based on the concept at the time. I think Yoongi is a classic character writer, and writes well based on a brief/concept. He may draw from personal inspiration, but it might not be the case. He's just being genius Yoongi.

What I like about Seesaw is that not only his lyrics but also his music has ups and downs and his rap with high and low tones like a seesaw. He is genius producer and songwriter
It was really fun seeing the timeline explode the first time he performed this live, as no one had really expected this song to have full choreo, all the fancams of the concert just had a sudden explosion of screaming when he started to do the choreo (even more than could be expected) 😂
And everyone not personally there exclaiming so much over videos in 144p resolution 😂

in the bts: beyond the stars documentary, we came to know that suga wrote seesaw for the members when they were about to disband in 2018
Every member does great solo work and we are lucky they are given the freedom to do it.
thinking you've heard it all is a constant stumbling block with BTS, the amount of creativity they show and sheer hard work spoils us every time!

What does "trivia" mean in the BTS song context?
BTS songs always grows on you. You should show them how all the other members are in love with seesaw ("bts being seesaw enthusiastics": th-cam.com/video/K45X7r7YZno/w-d-xo.html).
