    Thank you for such a useful reminder, giving yourself permission to do nothing resonates so strongly with me right now!
    I only discovered your book this week and started trying to not think in my daily life. I love the feeling mom thinking brings to me so much! I was wondering if you have a video or a post sharing ways you use to not think. Currently I just try to notice when I am thinking and change my focus to feeling my body/breathing and seeing with attention my surroundings, noticing things.

      Everyone has a different way to help them get into a state of non-thinking. The main way though is that each person remembers that thinking is the root cause of suffering and says that to themselves and most take deep breaths while doing so to ground them. It need not be more complex than that. Simple is best. I like the idea of a video but I’d say exactly what I just wrote :)
