Great films John, Death Wish 4 and 5 are the only two i am after, i do own the other 3 but part 3 is the cheap Mill Creek version. Turkey shoot and Cut and run are two films i don't think i have seen so will try and look for those. The Black cat is another one i haven't seen but i think you have sold it to me when you said its like Hammer.
Cheers Mark, been after them for a bit, so pounced on them mate 🤩🤩👍👍 mill Creek is cheap isn't it 😵💫🤩 cracking little movies and yeah check out Black Cat, filmed in UK as well....just get Hammer vibes from it! Cheers Mark, all the best for 2024 mate 🤩🤩👍👍
Saw death wish 2 at pics ,used to be 50p in afternoon, plus Jimmy page did soundtrack, that exterminator, I was watching it ,there's a bit where he gets his throat cut ,nxt thing didn't realise my 2 year old was watching ,she was trying to pull her dolls head off ,so we really had to be careful after that
Think i might have seen Death Wish 2 in the Cinema myself 🤔 oh wow! Yeah that's something you have got to be aware of, kids popping thier heads out when your watching the old violent stuff Paul 🤯🤯😁😁👍👍
Another great list of dvd's. I had mentioned in another video "The Exterminator" so it's great to see you got it .. and I need to get a copy myself. Funny you mentioned "Doppleganger" which was an episode from Hammer Horror and they changed the name to "Two Faces of Evil" .... There was a movie I saw at the cinema 1969 called "Doppleganger" which much later I looked out for on vhs, and again on dvd, but no luck. Then channel hopping one day on tv, I came across a movie already started, and recognised the actor [ Roy Thinnes from The Invaders ] and the scene, but what was the movie ? ... "I pressed 'info' on my remote and it said "Journey to the far side of the sun" .......?........?........It was "Doppleganger" !! Why oh why change the name ? It's a pretty good sci fi movie about another identical earth, including the lives of people on it ...except ..its literally a mirror image in every way. ... "Doc Savage" ..Wow ! The very mention .. yes I want that movie as well. It's Ron Ely, who played Tarzan in the tv series in the 60's, and was the best Tarzan ever ! I have the 1st series on dvd box set. Not seen Doc Savage since the cinema release. The movie "She" was on tv last week, and the sequel as well. I got a couple of dvd's from HMV on Thursday. Both a HMV special release only. ... "Superfly" which I last saw at the cinema in the 70's, and was at the time of the movie "Shaft" & "Cleopatra Jones" which I already have on dvd. Then I grabbed "The Yakuza" starring Robert Mitchum. It's a movie I taped off the tv decades ago, and still have on vhs, but not seen in years, as it's buried in a box in the attic among numerous boxes of tapes. Anyway both movies are Blue Ray and were 2 for £15 which was brilliant, as I wanted both, and was prepared to pay full price. I highly recommend both movies. Thankyou for showing some more great finds. Love the way you reveal each one. ... Speaking of revealing, I do hope you get your results soon John, it's been a long wait. Take care. Regards Jim

Any news on Hammer or Amicus films getting 4K upgrades? Getting impatient for them haha I love all those films to much and I'm seeing garbage tier movies get 4Ks already its crazy
Sadly not mate, I'm sure I would have heard something about it on the TH-cam grapevine but I haven't even heard a whisper! Hammer Horror is BEGGING for some 4k love!! If they get the original negatives to work from, I think we might see some of the best 4ks ever!! I agree that some mad stuff is getting the 4k treatment, but I'm sure it'll happen and when it does I think they will come fast and furious 🤞🤞🤞🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍
@@MondoChelloveckMovies I can't wait and would buy all of them even the black and white "psycho ripoffs". Love Cash on Demand but also stuff like Plague of Zombies and the Gorgon and Devil Rides out ahhh so many!!!
@beyondz55 the whole Hammer catalogue would be amazing to own on 4k for sure mate 🤔🤩🤩👌👌
