Step 1 email for the specific account. Step 2 head over to AQW Manage Account then click (Forgot Password or Username) enter in your email for that specific account, step 3 is just logging into your email for that account and you should be able to get an email and it'll say your current account Username and a password reset.
I am not sure if this is true or not I am just recalling something from memory but I think they do account purges to clear out names for accounts, if your account had a membership purchased on it I think it should be fine and I am not sure if this is the case at all I could be entirely wrong, but I hope you get your account back.

Its a good farming class and u can go to /join curio to get items along with the Class! Nice vid as always!
Imo DUOK is the best one there followed by AAS and AH because u can get gear along with them lol
