- This video shows you how-to install a map update for your MINI Maps Navigation system in your vehicle, after you have purchased it on a USB stick from your MINI retailer. Insert the USB Stick with the new MINI Map Update into your car and follow the instuctions. Please make sure to leave the UBS Stick inserted during the installation process.

MY mini can´t do that.. But i can pay to get it done by MINI, no fucking way then Google map is free online.

It's embarrassing that a Hyundai has better tech in it than the latest Mini for thousands less. I "upgraded" from an older Kona to a Mini Cooper and was surprised at how much "less" the Mini has, technology wise. Android Auto should be standard. Blind spot sensors should be standard. A bloody place to put your sunglasses should be standard.

Hey there, thanks for your question. This should still be possible, but we recommend you check with your local MINI dealer to confirm this before purchasing the USB stick.
So I need to update using an USB stick. Because an USB drive won't work.

Quick one, from where / link, I can Download the latest Maps and transfer to USB drive, that I will connect to the MINI's and make the upgrade?
You need to login to your Mini Connected account. I just checked the map update feature, a download app must be installed on your computer, then you can download a map update (15GB) to the hard drive, then transfer it to a usb stick.

@Zisis Vrikos When I login to Mini Connected I have a menu on the right side, select My Cars, that should take you to the car you registered using the VIN number, select Map Update.
