To anybody that needs this: I know if your in a dark place it’s super hard to find motivation, but what worked for me was when I showered instead of sitting on the ground crying and not cleaning myself I started washing my hair every shower, didn’t stand but washed my hair, and then I washed, conditioned, and washed my body, and just built up my schedule of completing basic tasks until they were a part of my routine, and idk how but shoving that routine back into my life and going to bed earlier fixed it. I know fixing insomnia isn’t overnight but you HAVE to keep trying, it makes all the difference. That’s all love ❤️❤️

i use the scalp massager thing from ecotools and it helped me so much with my dandruff issue! but dont put your shampoo on the scrubber- youll waste so much! rub it between your hands until it gets foamy or with oil shampoo till it gets air bubbles so you can lather it more evenly on your scalp. THEN scrub. thx for reading my ted talk.

When hygiene shopping, I recommend matching scents. Like if you have a body spray/perfume with a certain scent (aka coconut) then buy conditioner, shampoo, deodorant, body scrubs, body wash and lotions etc in the same scents :))
