Mam lymphadenopathy is present only in lymphoid neoplasm?
Every lymphadenopathy is not a Lymphoid neoplasm, if that's your question. If you're confused between AML and ALL or CML or CLL, then look at lymphadenopathy. A blood cancer with lymphadenopathy will not be Myeloid. That's the meaning.
