IMO (and experience), if you've not read the LN you'd probably file that as Ainz doing some flashy roleplay. It's less likely you'd think of PA since he's not made an appearance since season 2 started. Not saying it's impossible to get that detail, just slightly higher chance of missing it. 😁👍
