Here you can see a demo of Grundig's attractive "style icon", the Grundig Concert-Boy Luxus 1500. The unit has been completely restored in over 25 hours of work and has first-class reception characteristics as well as an "almost as new" appearance.
A beautiful portable 5-band radio with 2 shortwave bands (including 1x spread 49m band) from a long-gone era of high-quality transistor radios! The radio was built by Grundig in the period 1976-78.

A superb radio... I too have one in my collection. I also have the smaller Music Boy 1100 which is very similar in design and also includes a 120 minute timer as well.

I have a concert boy 1100; same scales; different tuning wheel and no timer; works very well

I got the same Radio from my Grandpa, but the tuning wheel doesnt work anymore. Does somebody know how to fix it?
