Loves all the socks and that bandana is so cute.
So stinking cute!!! I am going to have to get a Lisa Frank yarn for socks now...
It is well worth the investment. They make me so happy!
Love all your colorful projects! The Knit-Tea Natty color at Arkansas Yarn Co. actually was not exclusive to the members, everyone was able to order them for a limited time. I still have to knit mine up. Lorri's sparkle base is the BEST!
It's official - there's officially too much yarn to keep track of, lol. Thanks for the correction! It's a truly beautiful yarn and so great that more people were able to get their hands on it than I thought :)
Oh my goodness I’m loving all your yarn choices! So pretty and bright and fun! You and Brianna together! My two favorite American vloggers!
It was such a weird day when I learned we live in the same area 😂 I was like, “Can I just pick my yarn up?” lol
Love all your beautiful yarn….very feminine….just my style. I do find that my sock cuff stretches out the more I wear them. I knit continental from the back loop and it’s supposed to give it more stretch. You do lovely work. It must be fun having a summer birthday 🎂
Thanks for the tip! I’ll have to try that one in the future, especially if these don’t work out. Summer birthdays were always fun as a kid since I didn’t have school, but they lose their luster as an adult 😅 Although it’s still nice to be able to be outside!
German Twisted is my favorite cast-on for hats and socks because it does have so much stretch.
I love how the lace pattern looks with the Knit-tea Natty yarn.
The Cozy Cottage Crochet Podcast is hosting a Lisa Frank MAL through the end of July. Neon colors, pretty much anything goes. She posted details in her Ravelry group.
Thanks for letting me know! I'll have to check it out and potentially double dip. You can't have enough Lisa Frank :)
Love your socks! For 2x2 rib I cast on tightly over 2 needles, then pull one out to start the ribbing. For 1x1 I use the tubular cast on.
Thanks for the tip! The funny thing is, that’s exactly how my Oma taught me to cast on when she first got me into knitting and I just never stuck with it for some reason. Seems like now is the time to give it another go!
Go up a needle size just for the Rib at the top. Xxx
Thanks for the tip! A few people have recommended going up a needle size and I'm excited to try it out. Sounds like I have a lot of options!
Hi Jenn! Do you mind if I add you as a friend on peloton? lol I’m a longtime knitter but just getting into peloton so thought it might be fun!
Absolutely! If you haven't seen me around already, I'm @jennlikesyarn over there, too, ha! Always happy to have more accountability partners!
