若き日の苦悩や不安、そして情熱が蘇る感じ。

i think why this concert is really emotional is because, in my point of view it's the proof that one ok rock hasn't changed at all like we, the fans, probably thought when the Ambitions album came out. something like, they're not like they were used to be etc etc. This concert proved that they are still what they used to be, even bigger and more badass than before
that's the thing, their live arrangements of ambitions are badass, but most of the studio album is really boring bland and uncreative compared to it (imo)
and then with change coming out :/
One Ok Rock is type of band that better in live than Audio... And it makes u want to see their live than buy the album lmao..

Tom van der Stoep if you listen to it carefully, the best sounded ( im not sure if it makes sense but you know what i mean😂 ) album is the jinsei kakete boku wa, the newest one like 35xxxv and ambitions are like just what you said, bland
isnu khusnu Yes, they still perform best during lives. I remember in one interview, Taka said they want to be remembered as the band who people want to go to their concert because they were at their best during lives.

今大学四年生なのですが、大学受験で疲れていた時に18フェスでwe areを聴いて、本当に勇気をもらった曲。受験が終わった後に行ったambitionのライブで生で聴いて涙が止まらなかったなぁ。そんな事を社会人になる手前に思い出して聴きに来ました。何年経っても本当に勇気をくれる曲。

MikeTheAnimeRunnerX2 this is edited.. but One Ok Rock sounds good live as they do in the studio so this isn’t a surprise that they delivered a powerful performance that’s wven better than the studio version.
持病の手術を受けたとき、目が覚めたらすごく傷口が痛くて入院期間も長いし耐えられないと思ったけどワンオクを聞いてたら痛みを忘れるくらい気持ちが和らぎました、なんかわからんけど馬鹿みたいに泣きました。だからワンオクには本当に心の底から感謝してます。俺にとってのワンオクは他の人とは比べ物にならないくらい本当に宝物です、いつか直接、ありがとうございます。って言える日が来るといいな。

Im autistic and describe myself as musically illiterate. I like specific songs and not so much prefer one genre over the other. Ive loved One Ok Rock for about eight years now and its music that helps and lets me understand expression. Weird I guess as an American who cannot speak or understand Japanese. A lot of their songs being in English or English Japanese hybrids helps. Yet something about hearing Taka sing in Japanese makes me connect & enjoy even with the language barrier. Just something about it - even with my autism I just feel his passion and energy and love of song - love of connection through music.
