She went on a Keto diet and loss so much weight without carbs and sugar (she also started going to the gym 4 months into her diet). She's 5'8 and weighed 158 pounds when she started but dropped down to 128 with a very low body fat percentage. She went from a US Size 8 to a size 2 with more defined abs than mine. All of this in a little over a year. My wife is one of the laziest person I know and she never exercised in her life except when they had to during P.E. back in school. If she can do it, I believe you can as well. Just be dedicated.
