I've been getting a lot of questions on the measurements for this video. For those of you who are new to my channel, I have the exact measurements for all of my videos in the description box of each video.
Thank you again. I appreciate you responding to my reply earlier and for the like on my last reply.☺ If you wld be interested in trying a new recipe that you likely hvnt tried or tasted before, please let me know. Anyhow,I just thought I'd offer to send a recipe for you to try out, which I'll send the same way I did this reply so it's relatively private. If you try the recipe and enjoy the taste of it and will let me know,I'll send another for you to try later on then.Just let me know if you would care for a unique recipe to try out,&if not it's ok.No worries.
That's a beautiful story ❤. Sounds like your family has a lot of great cooks. You can email me the recipe and I will be glad to try it. Here is my email. Shirani.2010@yahoo.com
i looked online it should be for the crust 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 melted butter. the cheesecake, for every 1 pack cream cheese, add 1/4 cup white sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 egg, hope this helps everyone.
if you don't want to use eggs its better the no bake way,.you don't need sugar in your crumbs their sweet enough..plus it tastes better with extra crumbly mixture
Tried this recipe last night and just ate one! Sooo yummy! Easy to make too! Not sure if my cream cheese packets were bigger than the ones you used but I ended up with leftover filling... I just poured it in a small baking cup with crumbled Maria’s cookies and baked it with the rest of the cupcakes..Thank you Maria! I will be making this often!
Aww, that's wonderful to hear Dina, I'm so glad you liked them. I'm not sure why you had leftovers. The cream cheese I used were 8 oz per package. Thank you for your feedback 😊❤.
I just wanted to thank you for sharing this recipe. I was terrified of cooking in general, and especially when it comes to cheesecake. I've used this recipe three times now and my mini cheesecake turn out just wonderfully! The texture and taste is precisely what I've been searching for! Cheesecake is my weakness as well! Family and friends love these! Thank you again!
Years ago, I made mini cheesecakes using a vanilla wafer for the crust in the bottom of a paper liner... they were pretty good, and very easy, but I’m anxious to try it with the Maria’s biscuits!😋
A lot of people say they use vanilla wafers but I have never tried it and I really want to. When you try it with Maria's biscuit please let me know how you like it 😊.
For the crust I use short bread cookies crush add butter and i use the paper cups also. Your cookies ate sold at Hanafords. I plan on trying them. Thank you for sharing.
I made these once before using a recipe from TikTok that is the exact same, but there were little tips that it was lacking that I got from this video. They came out so much better using this video instead!
Thanks for the delicious recipe . I made once already. Everyone loved it. Going to make 2nd time today. Soooo good and cupcakes 🧁 looks beautiful on the desert table. Maria cookies crumbs very good. 👍
I made these and they turned out great! The second day better! And the third day, they were perfect! They tasted like a cheesecake that you would buy at a high end restaurant. Thank you for this recipe!
Lovely. In Trinidad we have a Vanilla cookie by Bermudez. This is the cookie that I use, and I place it into the base of The paper case, then top with the cream cheese filling and Continue the recipe from that stage. Using a round cookie this way, I do not add additional sugar in the base.
My mom used to make these. She used vanilla waferss for the crust, but she didn't grind them up...she just put one in the bottom and poured the filling over the top. Super easy!
I would add a squeeze or 2 of lemon in the cream cheese mixture. And confectioners sugar to taste or extra fine white sugar. Gives it a sweet tart taste. I'd also add some strawberries to some of the cheese mixture, to top the other cream cheese mixture.
I watch so many food channels where people scrape the batter off their fingers right into the bowl, you didn't. I like how you stayed sanitized through the whole video.
Maria biscuits are available in Australia. They are the go-to biscuit for cheesecakes here. My personal favourite that takes me back to my childhood is using the local Yoyo biscuit. It is a lovely shortbread biscuit that has honey in it. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Great video. All the best.
You are so welcome, Susan. Thank you, too. I appreciate it ❤️. Your Yoyo biscuit sounds delicious. I can just imagine the taste of the cheesecake with that, yummy 😋
Thank you for this easy recipe. I too LOVE cheese cake. Now I can make it on my own. Ive made this several times and now I am the cheese cake lady (lol)
Delicious they are very easy to make I used mr Christie Nilla cookies instead of the graham crumb. Because it’s easier lol just place one cookie flat side down on a paper baking cup. Thankyou for this awesome recepi. . .
laura my crust always comes out hard, have u had that issue and is there a way to fix it? u cud see her crust was hard too because she had to press into it to take a bite out
@@Tomahawk1999 in years past I had this issue. I think it happened when there was too much crust. The butter and sugar become caramelized. I frequently enjoy making salted caramel cheesecakes in ramekins, for those I use either Walkers butter shortbread or crushed Mcvitie's digestive biscuits with syrup & melted butter...💖💖💖

Thanks for the great recipe. I know Marie biscuits from South Africa, but they tend to use Tennis biscuits for a cheesecake base. Tennis biscuits have coconut and make a nice crumble. In UK, they tend to use Digestive biscuits, but I find them a bit heavy for a cheesecake. I prefer to use Nice biscuits as they have that light coconut taste (similar to Tennis)
