Great video, thanks for sharing. Was that A Mirror Dinghy you were towing? From my experience of the Lugger, she can fair well against really high winds and has a lot of reefing options. I've had mine in 20mph sustained with 35mph gusts on a lake where the waves won't build too much despite the wind. The main thing for me would be the sea state. A sustained F5 has the ability to create some big waves and I think that would be the determining factor for the Lugger. It's one hell of a boat though.
