When i go camping, I'm ready for the rain. Rain doesn't stop a real camper. Neither did snow. Heat does though. I hate the heat.
I hike in any weather. Don’t let the weather interfere with your fun. Become a part of nature and just go with it.
That waterfall was lovely! I could listen to it forever. One of my very best long time friends lives in Hebron, Nebraska. She sends me pictures of different areas. I have never been there but it seems absolutely gorgeous.

So many of my dehydrated foods have had holes. It’s when the employees slice the damn box open and they hit the bag. I proved it at me Westminiter Cabelas. I had several with holes. On the other side, they hooked me up and we’re good to me!

Creating a second channel because a lot of content of just using/living/being is what people like us are searching for on your main channel. Keep up the good work!

I just found your videos and I like how mellow you are. I come from a Mexican family where everybody talks loud and my dad is from Mexico. When he took my mom and me camping with all my uncles and cousins. All us women still had to fry beans and make eggs and bacon and we would take homemade tortillas and warm the tortillas for the men to eat first. Then I see you and you’re disappointed about your bag of Mexican dinner having a hole and you didn’t make a fuss. You just grabbed a cup a noodles. I felt bad. If I was camping with you I probably would have pulled out a container of beans and Lord knows what else for an emergency because I’d be paranoid if your little bag of Mexican meal didn’t work, you would be hyped up. 😂😂 But you had a back up plan. That makes camping more enjoyable with no drama 😅
Too bad about your dinner you made the right choice to abandon it look 👀 on the bright side your modelo didn’t have a hole in it good to hear the sound of the rain as you went to sleep 😴 also the water fall was nice 👍 to maybe you could pan for some gold at the waterfall
I would have pored the meal in the pot you boiled water in. Then heated it up again, till it reached boiling. Then eat. No worries. Thanks from. St. Paul Minnesota.

I've seen most of you're truck camping videos a couple times, glad i found another new one
Your videos make me feel like I could enjoy camping. You have heat, movies to look at and food.
I slit a pool noodle, or you could use a piece of foam pipe insulation from HD/Lowes, put it on the edge of your topper back window and it will help hold the tarp up and keep it from poking holes in your tarp. My window has sharp corners. I needed something to keep my tarp from tearing.
Yeah, I have some pipe insulation in the garage that I need to throw under the bed
I think your canopy is a great idea the way you set it up. I always keep several hundred feet of 750 paracord in my truck. And a good number of tent stakes, to tie it off from many points. If you have an empty square plastic bucket like cat litter or horse feed supplement comes in, it makes a good quick stash bucket to put a wet canopy and muddy stakes in while breaking camp in the rain. I always enjoy your vids, you have an awesome setup.

Wow, 2 days of rainy weather???! I'd pack my stuff, head back home, crawl in my nice, warm, DRY bed and watch my movie!!! This is the kind of weather to hunker down, stay home and cozy up to a fire with good food, in my comfy lounging pj's!!! I can go camping when it's better weather! 🙄👍😁

That bottle of Aqua Chug, looked so cold and refreshing. I would of ate the Alpine Air, you just need a spare pan to cook it in, if you have a hole in your bag. Wow, you look pretty covetable with your sleeping rig. I'd sleep soo soundly in the Rain.

Side note, try some Nissin RAOH ramen. A bit richer than the usual Maruchans we get here. Tastes a lot better I think. I usually add some green onions and some cooked rotisserie chicken to mine
I live in a forest. Kings canyon near Tahoe. I don't know if I could live in flat lands or terrain without a lot of redwoods and pines. But I like seeing that you use your truck bed. I have a bed in mine also. I want a travel trailer but too much these days. Is Nebraska a good state to live in? Black rifle coffee is out here too.

What a bummer about the main meal. The Szechuan noodle meals suck! They are better (somewhat) if you add soy sauce and red pepper flakes or siracha. One of those noodle cup meals is a sweet chili flavored meal and it's pretty good. I love how simple you have it set up in your camper shell and everything has its place.
I think you should bring more food then you usually bring just in case. You'll never know. Just saying😉🙂 But i like your videos👍
He may or may not be better off bringing more food than he usually does, but one thing I find refreshing about his videos is the fact that he doesn't turn them into a gourmet cooking show in the woods like some of the other vloggers. I'm used to watching guys who hike into wild terrain to camp in a tent, under a tarp, or in some sort of Bushcraft shelter. But then they turn right around and spend two hours preparing and eating a meal. This guy doesn't do any of that, but he also doesn't pretend to. I like the fact that it's just very basic, simple car camping. I'm a really new viewer and this is only my third or fourth video of his, but he makes it entertaining even if he's not doing all the wild and crazy adventuring that I like about the other vloggers. Just as entertaining and sometimes even more. Keep doing what you do young man. You're doing it well and you're keeping people entertained

Quady have you considered getting an onboard 270 degree awning? I recently got the OVS Nomadic LT 270 and it is pretty rad. Not terribly expensive either. Heavy duty, free-standing, and VERY fast and easy to set up. I think you'd really enjoy the benefits of something like that. Keep up the fun videos!
